The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Convenient breakfast in the morning for a fee. Great location you are literally wishing 10 minutes of any store or restaurants. The decor was extremely old and chipped room needs renovation as everything was dated. You could tell there have been zero upgrades or renovations for many years. Hotel in general was modern and nice rooms lack the attention the lobby and public areas possessed. Overall I give it a 6/10. The food was delicious.

We had dinner at the BBQ restaurant there on site the first night. They were very accommodating to our party of 20+. The food was great.
We were told about The Original Pancake House for breakfast. It was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend it.
We booked online at Booking.com requesting (3) Deluxe King Suites. The hotel informed us they didn't have king suites so we ended up with (2) queen rooms with two queen beds and (1) king room. We were still charged the amount that would have been for the King Suites. I think the rooms should have been less.

This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude.
This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude. Customers were very upset and GM was calling the police instead of talking to customers with kindness. After customers knocked down shielding barriers and walked out the GM was walking out to take videos on his cellphone after he caused the customers such unhappiness it was scary and sad.

Many fast food businesses. Could not find a businessman's restaurant for an evening meal (carpeted, quiet, evening dinner, not just a fast food or Cony Island diner). Did not have time to see any of the Southfield landmarks or attractions.
Exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with several wonderful options. 24-hour delicious coffee and tea. I was looking for a hotel in the Detroit/Southfield area that was clean. The hotel was only 3 months old. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We will be back.
No one had to front desk and check out room was not as advertised.
No living room, just bed in kitchen. Very disappointed in the hotel.
No one able to give me a receipt. No one at the front desk, most of the time done, no light in the kitchen, no light by the bed. No breakfast
I didn’t like it at all I checked in and my room was dirty so I went to tell the host she gave me another room , I entered that room and it was roaches crawling on the walls I did not stay at this hotel I went back and got a refund and found a different hotel.
felt like sanction 8 housing very run down the hotel staff advised they did not stay onsite after 9pm. I arrived back at 10pm and felt extremely unsafe. I left and went to another hotel. I filed a complaint with the hotel’s corporate office.
The Hotel Management went above and beyond my expectations and the staff was very helpful. I was always greeted by people working there plus they wanted to ensure that my stay was pleasant.
We stay at this hotel because it it is quiet, comfortable and close to the friend we visit. Good value for the price and friendly helpful staff are a plus.
Hotel was noisy, a ton of unsupervised kids running around and knocking on doors. My 2nd time and last time using this Hotel. Beds pillows uncomfortable.
