Beautiful countryside and mountains! People are friendly. The traffic was a bit heavy, which I guess is to be expected in a touristy area. I will not use any rental agencies to book events/activities again. They are tourist traps!!

Beautiful and location is great for tourist attractions such as pigeon forge, dollywood and Gatlinburg. Are all right within a 15 mile drive. State park is gorgeous. Cities and country areas are within a short drive. Loved it!

There is always something to do here.
There is always something to do here. The drawbacks are pretty simple: it is packed with people. So if you want seclusion, this is not your place. While there are many nice restaurants, I've never gotten a great meal here.

Perfect town in the mountains with everything you need, off the beaten path with privacy, but close enough to everything you need! Very short beautiful drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and The Smokey Mountains National Park.
Everything from the exterior to the interior. It looks like a big house (mansion) from rhetorical outside. The lobby and its decorations are absolutely lovely, plus the 24 hour hot coffee and apple cider and indoor pool & jacuzzi are just amazing touches. Around the hotel is beautiful too! I’d love to see this place during spring, summer, or fall.
I loved the location of the hotel for the price. The room was small, but perfect for my husband and I. We both really loved the shower. The water pressure was perfect. The amount of outlets located around the room was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly every time we passed by the counter.
Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had away from home. Balcony door opened right on the river where our granddaughter had the most wonderful time feeding the ducks. Truly the best value I’ve had while traveling.
It was so amazing we enjoyed our stay...it was more than we expected everyone was friendly helpful nice excellent location close to everything but off the beaten path...will definitely stay there again...plenty of room like staying in a apt....beds was comfortable....clean...
Our stay was fabulous, it was quiet and peaceful. Nice deck with hot tub. I would highly recommend this cabin to families! We had plenty of room for our family. The host was very quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again. 🙂
We loved everything!! The room was amazing and big and clean! And the waterpark was included and wonderful! On sight restaurants didn’t get to try them but a plus to be available. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was painless and effortless.
The location for this hotel was great! The staff was incredibly friendly. They even gave us their own personal bottle of water when there were none!! They were so nice. The beds were also very comfortable. The hotel is very clean!
