Location was great restaurants and coffee shops walking distance ! Breakfast had a lot of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nights were really noisy but I think because of the car show happening during our stay. I did have to call front desk at one point because of the noise and it was resolved right away.

The room was okay, except for the loud vehicle noise repeatedly waking us all night. And the minimal staff presence was sad. Room price was reasonable at least. Although... it was way more like a Motel 6 experience. Nothing at all like any other Wyndham property we have visited. Wyndham? Really? Maybe we should have just booked a Motel 6 instead.

Our room was literally perfect. We had a lot of space and two bathrooms. The area surrounding the hotel has a lot of food options and everything is a really close drive. Owners were really nice and they made sure we had everything we needed

The beach was great. We came in January, next time we will try in spring or summer. They're was so much to do, I wish we could have stayed longer. Make sure to check out Old West Cinnamon rolls, and grab a chowder bowl at Wooli's

We usually go to Santa Maria/Orcutt about every 2 months to visit my sister & brother-in-law. We don't do alot of tourist-y things, but have been introduced to several really great places to eat (The Hitching Post in Casmalia for dinner, Kay's, or Jack's for great breakfast and/or lunch, to name a few) , and some super nice people who live and work there. Santa Maria/Orcutt is close to alot of popular beaches, so it's a great home base for a beach day (or two). We love to stay at The Wine Stone Inn in Orcutt for a relaxing and fun get away.

Parts of town can be deceiving as in you can't judge a book by it's cover. Good food, good shopping, great access to the beaches and great wineries abound in the area. We made it to the airshow which was a plus. All in all, we would return.

We were travelling up from LA to Monterey so tried to stop halfway. We actually kept driving back to Santa Barbara as it was more scenic. Pismo isn’t too far but wasn’t the greatest weather. Uber is good for food but cannot get an Uber taxi no matter how hard you try. Plenty of choice for food - loved ihop for breakfasts and Applebys is a must for dinner.

We enjoyed our trip very much. Santa Maria Friday nights was a fun outside market just up from our hotel. Loved the flavors and live music. We were happy to be close to the coast also. We made a day trip to Pismo stopping by the Luffa farm. Also close for a day trip to Foxen wine trail and old town Orcutt area to explore. Santa Maria was very clean city and walkable plus many trail heads near by.
Was very impressed with the staff...friendly, courteous. The room appeared to have just been cleaned . The bed was comfortable. This is probably perfect for someone who is traveling for business as it is very close to Santa Maria Airport.
It was very, very quiet and is about 20 minutes away from the main city.
Our schedule did not permit us to try any of the meals that are offered at the hotel for reasonable prices, nor the Vintner's Grill, but those are available
This room was better then I expected. We were taking a road trip through California and this hotel happened to be on our way up the state. After hours of driving we landed here and we had the best stay. Room was very clean and cozy, the breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. This location exceeded my expectations. This was actually the best place we stayed in our 8 day road trip. We paid alot more for our other rooms compared to this one.
I booked 2 nights a month ahead for the Santa Maria Air Show. Good thing I did the place was sold out.
It was chilly and drizzly but thew room was toasty warm with the in wall heater, After a nice hot shower, I got a great nights rest for the long air show day on Saturday. Michael at the front desk was very accommodating and made my stay very nice. There was an awesome BBQ joint right next door as well. I will stay there again next year!

the staff was wonderful, Samantha was so helpful and sweet and she really was there for anything and everything we needed! she is a wonderful employee! if it wasn’t for her I would of gave a lower rating just because the standards of cleanliness is so poor at the Santa Maria location
The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean, and everything worked well. The pool and surrounding area were very clean. We ate breakfast there twice and also dinner twice, and the food was good and the wait staff very attentive and courteous.

The hotel is located a little bit out of the way, so you need the car to have dinner.
I liked that this property had green grass surrounding the grounds. I liked the heated pool and the spa area. The king size bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. I like that the location was central to Santa Maria.

Older again, set out as a 'motel' style . Rooms are slightly dark but very large with a big bathroom / dressing area.. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean
