The Inn on the Beach is situated in a great location, across the road from the beautiful beach. The accommodation was easy to find and had dedicated parking.
The Inn on the Beach is very clean and well equipped, even having deckchairs and bikes for the use of the residents.
Tina very kindly called us to make sure we had the details of how to access our accommodation should we arrive after hours, very much appreciated.
This would most certainly be our first choice should we return to this area.

The pool was excellent. The surrounding landscaping was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The hotel was conveniently located to food and shops (although plan to walk a lot if you don't have a car). The staff were easygoing, accommodating, and friendly. My room was so clean and the retro feel of the place was adorable. The beds were comfy and the rooms as cold as you like. It was a perfect place to crash during breaks from the hot beach and pool sunshine. You won't regret staying here.

There was no parking for handicap Was $16 a day not in the booking and I told him I’m army Vet and they did not care so you come to our parking you have to pay. Will stay there again and never will I book with Booking.com.

St Pete Beach is OK.
St Pete Beach is OK. I did not like the hotel I was in Dolphin resort because they had a-big event, I was not told at time I made reservations . I wanted to leave, but I had paid too much money and it was too far to get home at that time. I won’t go back to that place or probably Saint Pete beach. It is packed, no parking and you wait forever for anything. I am from Florida there are better places. My kids were close that is why I went to Saint Pete beach.

Loved visiting the shops at John’s Pass. Favorite place to go there is Mad Beach Brewing. They have the best beer selections. Also there are many places to find easy access to many different beachs that aren’t always crowded.

The city is calm, we loved the beach in front of the hotel where we stayed. We took advantage of our stay to really enjoy the beach, so we didn't do much sightseeing. I liked it and recommend Sprinkles ice cream.

Saint Pete Beach is always a beautiful beach. The postcard in was overrun by drunk people going to the bar to listen to the band and get wasted. We stayed there four nights and two of those days or nights. The police were called very satisfying to have the cops at the hotel that you’re staying at on vacation.
Brenda checked us in and she was great. She friendly and polite and very informative. Room was a great size and spotless. Great bathroom, comfy bed, good kitchen area with everything you need to make breakfast or lunch. Nice seating area and huge TV. They have beach towels and chairs for you to borrow to take to the beach.There are also BBQ grills for you to use too.The hotel is right across from the beach and shops and eatery's within walking distance. This place is great and would recommend and we would stay here again.
Hotel was very modern and nice to look at but that is where it stopped, not comfortable furniture or even patio chairs. Got buy one get one free drink tickets at check in for their cafe but at $12 a drink you really aren't saving much. Close to many things in Treasure Island and walked alot of places including to St. Pete beach. Had music Saturday and Sunday afternoon at the pool deck. Was a decent view of the intercoastal waterway. Staff was all nice enough. Didn't see much of them around the facility or grounds.
We requested a 12 to 1:00 p.m. check-in time due to being disabled also a first floor. We arrived around noon and pre checked in did not get into our room until 3:45 very disappointing and then found out we could have contacted the hotel directly and gotten a cheaper rate. Quite disappointing😔 then all of a sudden here in Florida we had a cold spell barely left our room just unbelievable.
The Ritz does not operate better locations anywhere on the beach. The property is literally right on the beach with amazing views and direct beach access. The apartment is a typical Florida rental, it has everything, some areas have been invested in (furniture, some kitchen appliances) and renovated (nice color concept) other areas (bathrooms) would need some updating in the long run.
Had an amazing stay! The rooms and the pool area are beautifully decorated. I love the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Staff was wonderful, they even loaned us a cooler backpack and a beach chair to go to the beach one day! Beds are super comfy and the kitchenettes are better than your average hotel room. Larger mini fridge for sure.
The rooms are okay but very close to the pool so a lot of noise. Older hotel and these pictures must have filters because it didn't look like that when we pulled up to the building. Very slick tile floors if you are walking in from the pool in your bare feet. Nice compact little kitchen area if you want to stay a few days.
The Inn on the Beach and the Pass-A-Grille area in general are quiet, charming reminders of old Florida, a dramatic contrast to the busy commercial area just north in St. Pete Beach. Our efficiency was small but very clean and comfortable. The Inn is conveniently located across the street from a lovely beach and walkway.
Loved everything ! The suite was perfect , - everything we wanted! Staff so friendly and knowledgeable - Fabian on beach - shuttle service excellent - lucky to have a sea facing room. Just want to back there for ever!!

We loved it! Immaculate grounds. Super clean rooms! Walking distance to beach and restaurants! I stressed about booking a hotel because I wasn’t familiar with the area. It was perfect! The only thing I’d add is an iron in the room and a full length mirror. Can’t wait to come back!
The location is great! We walked to St Pete beach. The view of the pier is amazing. We saw dolphins a couple times. We liked to sit outside and eat something while watching the water. The pool was nice. The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly themed.

This is my second time staying at Sun Island Motel. It is a great cheap option when it comes to staying in the St. Pete Beach area. The management is great and will help you out with anything you need.
The hotel was in an excellent position, right on the beach and had a wonderful relaxed vibe. The staff were all super friendly and we were given an upgrade on the room which made the stay even better!
