Check in was awful no bedroom the bed was in the livingroom it's not a nice condo! We really deserve our money back or at least half back

IF you are looking for modern upscale FL vacation, go someplace else. This area is very dated, traffic is terrible. There are plenty of beaches, they all look pretty much the same on the Gulf. This place was a resort, but more like an old school FL motel on the Gulf. Plenty of people staying, so I guess they all were first timers. I for one won't go back to this place. And by the way, I was born in FL and lived here most of my life so I feel like I have the right. I have seen so much better, I can't imagine why spring breakers would want to come here.

This place has everything at your fingertips while your at the hotel. Our family doesn’t have to leave once we arrive!!! Staff are great even when being disrespected by the entitled customers that seem to not have any home training growing up on how to treat others.

We walked in and it was hot in the room. The air unit in the bedroom wasn't working. Someone was supposed to look at it and never did. We like sleeping in the cool, it was not cool at all.
There were no chairs on the balcony. The shower was dirty.

Our condo was amazing.
Our condo was amazing. Very clean and had all the amenities you might need. Wish it had more bath towels so we didn't have to do laundry everyday. Had issues with our parking passes but it was resolved.

Traffic is a nightmare.
Traffic is a nightmare. You spend more time in the car driving than you do enjoying the area. It takes triple the time to get anywhere. Constant car accidents everywhere. Tourist trap. Constant red flags daily which makes it difficult to enjoy swimming for those who just want to swim.

Everything was amazing! Professional team, always helpful especially Taliya, Kendra, and I think the gentelman's name was Jade. The breakfast was hot and delicious. It included a variety of items and something for every taste. Not your typical pet friendly hotel. Super clean, pets under control, quiet but vivid and full of life. The suite double queen room was so spacious you could add an extra inflatable bed. It exceeded our expectation and we are looking for a Bonvoy membership because of our great experience.
The location was amazing. The room was clean and nicely decorated! I requested an extremely early check-in and upon arrival they accommodated us!!! We did not have a shower curtain in out bathroom, but that was immediately taken care of by the staff! They have many sister hotels/resorts to choose from and Holiday Terrace was right next door. That was very nice because the pool was bigger and nicer, not to mention had more sun!

The breakfast was SPOT on and so clean and many options. The rooms were so clean and smelled amazing when you walked in. It is definitely going to be my go to place to stay when I back to Panama city beach, fl.
The hotel needs worked on. It’s a cheap place on the beach. The location is at the west end of the beach. There’s not really much walking distance but at least it’s not overcrowded. The beach bars are good and the food is really good. There’s music at the beach bar Friday and Saturday night.
Rooms are very spacious, beds comfortable, modern decor and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. The views from the hotel balcony are fabulous of the beach! We had 2 rooms (king room and a queen room). The king room had a huge jacuzzi bath tub next to the bed.
The hotel is located by the beach. The view from the balcony is fantastic! Our dog enjoyed spending time on the big balcony. We also liked the large room with two beds and a TV and a large kitchen with a sofa and TV. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We loved this hotel. Me and my husband wanted something on the budget but close to the beach, we made a great choice. The personnel is welcoming and helps with everything. By the way, we were able to watch youtube on TV, We will definitely come back.

Location was amazing and room was spacious. Place needs major updating but for the price and location it was great. Don’t come here looking for a5 star hotel. But if you’re looking to be on the beach for a cheap price then it’s definitely worth it.
I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The only thing that could of made it perfect was it being a beachfront, but then the rate wouldn’t be as good :) Will definitely be going back anytime we visit PCB
