I was not impressed with the room or the customer service at all. Upon arrival we were asked to wait by the pool for hours because our rooms were not ready for check in. The only thing that was good was the proximity to the beach.

The problem we had was the room .we paid for a king size room .got 2 double beds,the room was so outdated.the Ramada didn’t care nor does booking,I will never use this travel site again.no dishes or silverware,2 pots so I could make tea.couldn’t wait till my time came to go home

I love it Panama City Beach I come every year for the last pass 3 years this makes 4 and finally brought my kids with me and they enjoyed it as much as I did when I first came ..The Joy the excitement of just hearing and seeing the ocean. Ever place I've stayed has been everything I could have dreamed of or even more ..so I just had to bring my kids ...I had one bad experience with booking an condo ..but I just took better cautious of who I'm renting from ...be overall I Love Panama

Panama City Beach is back to the family oriented beach vacation. Destin took over that rep after the spring breakers got out of hand. once they shut Lavela down and spinnakers, the city in my point of view has came back to itself. almost. You still have your spoilers, but it will be okay compared to what it used to be like. We really enjoyed Panama the past 2 years. The city has came along ways.

I love the beach the trip was too short we stayed in another condo but they could not accommodate us for one more night that is why ended up at the shores of Panama. Check in was awful no bedroom the bed was in the livingroom it's not a nice condo! We really deserve our money back or at least half back

IF you are looking for modern upscale FL vacation, go someplace else. This area is very dated, traffic is terrible. There are plenty of beaches, they all look pretty much the same on the Gulf. This place was a resort, but more like an old school FL motel on the Gulf. Plenty of people staying, so I guess they all were first timers. I for one won't go back to this place. And by the way, I was born in FL and lived here most of my life so I feel like I have the right. I have seen so much better, I can't imagine why spring breakers would want to come here.

I loved everything about this hotel. The hotel/room was beautiful and clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was perfect. The kids loved the lazy pool. The bar and restaurant was spectacular. They even offered us two free chairs and an umbrella during our visit. Only available during peak season she said. Beach towels were also available. We didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. We were amazed from the time we entered this hotel, until the time we left.
This was a great, relatively new hotel to stay at for a quick trip to the Panama City Beach area. Parking was plentiful and easy to access. Location felt safe and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely nice for the price, and featured quite a few amenities. It's located very near to Pier Park, home to many shops and attractions. There's also easy-to-use vending in the lobby, including TV dinners and toiletries, if needed/wanted.
The unit we stayed was the corner oceanfront room which was absolutely the big plus. We had more ocean view, more fresh beach air/breeze throughout the night, and fabulous view for watching fireworks! The room was spacious and had all the things we need (2 big flat screen TV, full kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, etc.). The hotel is very close to many attractions. Ocean is just a couples of steps away. Highly recommended for a stay here!
The view and cleanness is the best. The beds are the most clean beds I ever slept in a hotel room. The floor was laminate floor so no dust or dirt. Very comfy beds and clean sheets and blankets. The kitchen was good and balcony was breath taking. You watch the sun set with excellent view of the ocean. Only thing they did not have breakfast. If they would serve breakfast It would be 10.
The location on the beach was very nice
The property was exceptionally clean. The staff were wonderful people who knew the beach and all of its attractions and gave us the most welcome stay.
I recommend highly recommend this hotel. The price was very good as well. If your ever looking to stay in Panama City Beach book this hotel first!!!
The location was good, near Pier Park, a local attraction with shops, and entertainment (movies, ferris wheel, and arcade). The hotel itself was clean, with a nice seating area, grills, and pool. The room itself was larger than your normal hotel room, with a full kitchen.
Enjoyed packing the bags and leaving this prison cell of a room. I wouldn’t rent a homeless person this room just out of respect, absolutely disgusting. Don’t rent a room, if you do your throwing your money away even though it’s cheap no way in hell I’d stay here again.
This is a nice comfortable hotel - we arrived a day early for our original location (beachfront) but could not get into that hotel for that one night. So we chose this hotel because it was nearby and the rate was reasonable (this is not a beachfront location.)
I really enjoyed our stay at Beachside Resort. The room was a nice size. The beds were comfy. Hotel is right on the beach so the view was amazing from our room. We had a full refrigerator which was really nice to have along with a microwave .
