Location is fantastic. The room was tidy, simple, and beds were better than I was expecting. The air conditioning was able to be controlled completely by guests and that was wonderful for this hot weekend. Great quality for the given price and half cost of other local rooms.

We spent 2 nights at Tommy’s Place. Unfortunately the weather wasn't particularly good, but we were all the more happy about the spacious and clean apartment in which we felt very comfortable. Everything you could need was available in the kitchen. Communication with the host was easy and he always responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again at any time

The town looks like it’s on a decline. There are fun things to do nearby however so if you can find a decent hotel I would recommend staying here because it’s close to everything. Pirates Cove and Bridal Cave were great! It ‘s close to the dam.

Views and peaceful but too much commercialization for year round population the old charm is dying off in an abundance take in what you can now but developers are ruining the lake with high rise condos creating a lot of blight areas

I did not stay at the OSAGE BEACH VILLAGE!! I will never recommend them. The trip was amazing we did end up finding a great place to stay. The bowling alley was fun. The sites to see are endless. Also do not use booking.com. They are not local or supportive to customers.

Need more things to do beside Swimming and fishing. The strip next to the Dam needed a serious Upgrade, looked very worn down all the shops looked the same. The only exciting thing on the strip was " Malted Monkey" and maybe The cruises.

It was an amazing trip.
It was an amazing trip. I took my kids out on a boat rental that was the best experience accommodated by Dirty Duck Boat Rentals. I even got a tube so the kids could enjoy the tubing experience. We ate at the best Mexican in town at Vista Grande and the whole family enjoyed. I will definitely be doing this trip again.

Loved it so much! Perfect spot to be to be in the middle of a ton of the Ozarks fun!
You will need to be ready to drive within about 20 min either way to many different hot spots, but close enough to want to! There is also a restaurant on site, and the patio alone would be a great spot for evening drinks.
The place was magnificent! Went to visit grandkids during the off season. Ages 8 and 2. They loved the bunkbeds. The washer and dryer saved our lives, I swear!
Every room had a television with streaming access. Beautiful view. The owners were quick to repond to any questions. We will stay here again soon! Less than a cramped hotel room.
Keep in mind.
This property is on the lowest level closest to the lake. You will walk down a flight of stairs to entrance. It is not ADA accessible.

The reservation stated it was for 2 queen beds. The beds were smaller than regular queen beds. Very frustrating.
Also the entire hotel smelled of marijuana. This was frustrating and disappointing. We were there with our children for an event at Linn Creek, MO where my son graduated from Capital Academy (Heavy Equipment operation). Being in the hotel where the hallways and lobby smelled of Marijuana was ridiculous.
The room was awesome and one of the best days inns' i have ever stayed at ! The lobby and hallways were clean and the room was exceptionally clean . The bed was so comfy and the hotel didn't smell like offencive inseance, cleaner or floral smells . It was an all around great place to be comfortable and stay
The place is worth every penny and is near one of the two Tan-tar-a pools. You have access to all of the Margaritaville amenities minus the exercise room and inside pool. They have a shuttle service but we didn't use. Swing thru the front desk to get a map and card with number to use their shuttle.
The location was great - easy to find, very convenient and close to the Lake of the Ozarks State Park, where we spent the whole day hiking . The condo was clean, spacious, beautiful view of the lake. Close to restaurants in the area. Very satisfied with our stay there.
The room was fine but there were NO facilities available. The advertised breakfast was closed, the bar was closed - there were no facilities at all. We would not have stayed here if we had known that the Hotel had closed all its facilities.
Newly remodeled and very clean. Nice large tvs through out the unit and new kitchen appliances. Being there to tournament fish, access to PB 2 boat ramp was very close. Also 2min from the main highway to get around Osage Beach.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented it to watch the Super Bowl. The view of the lake was wonderful. The property had large bedrooms with plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. Hosts were very pleasant.
Staff was friendly. Check in/out process was smooth. Free parking. Free shuttles around complex. View was nice. Pools were nice. The conference rooms were nice but chairs were uncomfortable to sit for an 8 hour day.
My family and I had so much fun! We loved everything from the poolside rooms, renting a pontoon, and the nightlife was amazing. Thank you for an unforgettable and amazing place.
Great, helpful staff. We attended concert at Ozark Amphitheater, and there was shuttle from hotel front desk told us about, it was perfect and convenient!
