The hotel is a fabulous budget hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are cleaned everyday if you wish and the general ambience of the hotel is superb. I stayed for 9 nights (seperate bookings as we booked extra nights) The rooms are spacious, with a microwave and fridge. Would happily stay again. A special thank you to Jefferson from the maintenance team for going above and beyond to help out with a car issue we had. Thankyou.

We didn't have a balcony. Despite them trying to charge us for one! We were told we'd changed the dates several times thats not true we made two bookings one from 6-20th and one 20th-23rd. They couldnt find our booking and was again blaming us! I dont work there and it isnt my fault you had no evidence of our booking. The lady who made the booking said she'd amended the booking charged us $710 and told us we had nothing more to pay. I was shocked because the price but extremely pleased. I hope if you stay here you dont have any issues because if you do don't rely on management for help you'd be far better off asking the maintenance staff, house keeping, or just anyone who isnt management! Matt and the general manager are very unsympathetic and dont want to resolve any issues they just want to push the blame on to their guests to extract the most money from them!

Bed was comfortable. Rust around door frame in the bathroom and it was small, bathroom fan did not work. paint peeling from the ceiling. Missing part of the flooring. The cabinet that holds the mini fridge was broken. Staff was mopping in front of elevator and dumped the bucket with Clorox in front of my car parked.

I am not a fan of big cities. Downtown Orlando really had my nerves on edge for the 2 days we stayed. Some parts of Orlando are alright and not as bad. There are many things to do and places to stay. I do not think I will be staying in Downtown Orlando again for a long time.

I love Orlando, but there is always traffic congestion. I-4 is a mess and it seems that it is a never-ending construction project. As a side excursion, we went to Clearwater beach. It should have taken us 2 hours to drive back to the hotel, but it took 3 because of traffic. One really has to plan their travel times to work around the mess.

This is from my experience; I booked a rental with Priceline and they send me to a third-party NU Action who give me a vehicle that was not license or registered. Sold me insurance and tolls pass for everyday on an illegal vehicle that cannot go through the tolls. The police pull me over did there routing check and said been I am a visitor you must return this vehicle it is not license or register and give me a traffic warning for a misdemeanor.
The hotel said we no longer provide shuttle service. I had an early flight in the morning, so I asked front desk to arrange a taxi for me, they did.
The taxi arrived 30 minutes late, when called by front desk and asked what is happening, his vehicle is broken down, then I am right there coming.
The front told said the fee is $28, but the taxi started with $30.

Orlando has a lot of options in terms of theme parks etc. If roller coaster type rides are the thrill you are looking for then the best two parks for this are Universal's Island of Adventure and SeaWorld. Yes, I know SeaWorld is known for the dolphin and other animal shows but it actually has some of the very best roller coasters that Orlando has to offer, which will definitely get your heart racing. I would also recommend that you don't by a Quick queue pass for SeaWorld in advance. We bought them for our family of 4 and absolutely didn't need them as the lines weren't bad at all. However, I would recommend Universal Express passes for Universal's Island of Adventure as well as Universal Studios. We had express passes for both and definitely needed them on the days we were there.
Also for getting around, make sure you have both the Uber and Lyft apps available. During busy times Uber increase their prices whereas Lyft do not so it is always good to check both when it looks like the Uber price is high. We saved quite a lot of money by switching between the two.
Finally, if you are planning on doing some clothes shopping whilst in Orlando, if you go to premium outlets make sure to go to Orlando International Premium Outlet and not Orlando Outlet Marketplace. The International Outlet is by far the better one.
The location of this hotel is perfect for the parks! A free shuttle bus to Universal (5-10mins away) was a nice touch. For Disney we took £20/£25 Ubers which were about a 20 minute drive. The hotel is also located on a road full of restaurants and little shops also making things easier. If you are after an affordable place to stay whilst wanting to enjoy the parks and other Orlando attractions this hotel is a perfect option. The room and facilities were fairly average, but more than okay if your priority is the parks and location.
Really big spacious room, with comfortable beds and great air con. Great location (5 mins from Universal and 20 mins from Disney). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ample parking (off road). We had pizza delivered to the room from the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and arrived quickly. WiFi was high speed and good coverage, big TV. We stayed on the 14th floor and it was a cool view of Orlando and the fireworks in the Disney parks at night! Express check out was so convenient, just had to text the hotel and you're done!
We had a quick Disney stop in Orlando before flying back to the UK and this hotel was perfect for us wanting to visit Disney Springs and Hollywood Studios. They have regular shuttles between all the disney resorts. Staff were friendly and food was really good at the bar. Breakfast was nice and the 5.30 kickback is a fantastic touch. Room was a good size and comfortable. We will stay here again if we visit orlando again
You get what you paid for. The hotel can do with some upgrading but it's clean and there's room service daily. You get fresh towels, toiletries and sheets everyday. You can walk to all the attractions on International Drive! And it's next to the biggest McDonald's in the world. There's also free shuttles to Universal Parks!
