Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. Only a sheet and blanket on the bed - no coverlet, comforter or anything like that.

The driven van excursion up & down the Mt. Washington auto road was excellent! A highlight of the trip! Well narrated, informative, just the right duration, & well worth the price. Especially when compared to the self drive. The driver, Kevin, was courteous, very informative, & extremely pleasant.
This is the nicest hotel/inn in North Conway (and I’ve stayed in most of them over the years)!
The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are huge and renovated with classic fixtures that are solid and function perfectly (great water pressure, lots of hot water), ac is quiet works perfectly, wonderful location, lots of parking. We will definitely be back!
The night manager was VERY VERY helpful. There's no Uber or Lyft service in North Conway, the manager provided the phone for the only taxi service in town. The taxi was taking a long time to arrive and I was going to miss the train to the North Pole (Journey to the North Pole experience), so he offered to take us to the train station. He was a life saver ;-)
The breakfast was great for the price.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn in August. Our room was spacious with double bed and sofa. The small kitchen area with sink fridge and microwave was great to have. Our children loved the water park. Hotel is well positioned in close proximity to many North Conway attractions as well as shopping. Staff was attentive and helpful.
The staff were superb. Super friendly and helpful. Great facilities next to the Cranmore ski resort and off the busy thoroughfare of North Conway but handy to the White Mountains. A very complete breakfast buffet with good coffee! Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms.
The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast that was included in my specific room & booking was quite great. There was so many options. I go to North Conway at least 4 times a year and I will definitely go back to the Residence Inn @ The Marriott next time.

One of many hotels along this busy highway. Large, comfortable room . The crazy golf on site was a pleasant surprise. Beautifully maintained , lovely gardens. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
