Soons I got to front desk the old man working (not sure if owner or boss) was super friendly and was joking around with us. I liked his attitude frfr. When I left he was a little more on serious side but still friendly. I’m going to keep it solid and say the room was clean looks like they remodeled it got a modern look to it. This will probably be our go to because everywhere we wanted to go in LA this was prime location for us. There’s a Porto a couple mins drive in Downey. Hollywood not too far even with traffic. We hit Santee alley and drive didn’t take too long with traffic. It’s swap meets and the outlet right next to us. Can low key hear heavy walkers above but not too bad. Close to street so you will hear cars but nothing different then my regular house when cars drive by. I’m booking here again that’s big facts. Loved the stay so did my wife. Thank yall at paradise. Oh btw there’s a dirt dog right around the corner too hop skip away. Hk Tidy’d up when asked.

The items in the restaurant are most minimum in continental breakfast option by USD 10.58. The water pressure in the toilet is too low. This mustn’t be considered. The most of the reception staffs can’t answer any questions regarding communication to from the hotels and some other information I needed. They showed sidestepping attitudes in many cases.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I requested for a feather free room since I’m allergic to feathers but my room was not ready when I checked in and had to wait. The associate who was helping me offered me complimentary snacks while I waited for my room to be ready. When I was talking a shower, I realized that the body wash bottle was empty and was not refilled, also the box of tissues was almost empty and I didn’t see body lotion anywhere in the room. Just little thing’s missing from the room which is why I rated my stay much lower than I would have. Other than that, the facility was updated, clean and had most of the amenities I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Far from transport and shopping centre and to city centre and Hollywood. No shuttle. Hard if you are not driving, rely on taxis/uber. Staff not always helpful. No kettle for tea in the room, not all guests are coffee drinkers. Was overpriced. Only breakfast restuarant closes early at 09.30.

Disliked · Let me just start by saying that if I could I would give zero stars to this hotel! We’ve had bad experience since the moment we stepped into this hotel. When we were checking in, the lobby was filled of kids running around bumping into us and open alcohol containers all over the lobby from a party the hotel was hosting in a room that they obviously reserve for party’s. On top of that once we checked in and go to the room we were assigned to we walk in to the room still being occupied. And then to finish it off we got our car tow from the hotel parking. We were not parked in a “no parking” spot, we had our parking paper in the car and yet we still got our car tow had to pay all the towing fees about 300$ and the hotel manager did nothing to help but just be rude to us. It was a overall BAD stay
Check-in was super easy, and the staff was really friendly. The parking lot is also very big, which is a huge plus. The rooms were renovated, and decorated nicely with their new furniture. I also liked that there were light sensors on the bottom of the bed, that way if you were to wake up at night to use the restroom, you wouldn't have to turn on any lights or struggle to find your way to the restroom.
Great location and quick access to highway. 20 minutes from Griffith, Pasadena, Downtown LA, Beverly Hills. It couldn't have been better.
Hotel was clean. There was always parking, breakfast was good, staff friendly. Rooms well equipped. Pool, gym outdoor area with bbq. Everything was great. Loads of restaurants, supermarket on same street.
The breakfast selection was good and service was fast. The staff was friendly, attentive and honest (thanks to whomever turned in my wallet and to the employee who called me to come get it)! I loved the Christmas decorations and the whole decor of the hotel. Location was great as well.
The hotel has a large lobby where the very friendly staff welcomes every guest. It also has a dining/breakfast area and an outside terrace as well as other amenities like a gym and pool. We loved the size of the room, the bed was very comfortable.
Restaurant food and bar drinks were very good. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area was perfect. The exercise room was also ample. Views of the golf course greens (currently closed for remodeling) were relaxing.
The air worked, free parking, customer service was good, cheap and worked out for my family just because we were only at the hotel to sleep we were always out by 11 am and back around 11pm or a bit later
The staff was nice and the new manger (didn’t catch his name but he was originally from Sacramento) was sweet. This place is in a great location. And it’s my go to hotel when we stay in SoCal.
Nice, Small, Comfortable Stay that was in the distant part of Los Angeles so the traffic was non existent and the area itself and Hotel had a quiet charm to it.
