The hotel was lovely, very stylish and art deco. The room itself was spacious for 4 of us and had a small kitchen which was appreciated. The location was excellent, the Public Market was walkable and the The Hop was also available. The honour bar at the hotel was a nice touch for when we returned after dinner.

I love visiting Milwaukee! Such an interesting mix of neighborhoods and cultures. Great food and entertainment. The lakeshore is beautiful. Aside from the continual road construction, it is relatively easy to get around the city. The Third Ward and Milwaukee Public Market are one of my favorite areas. A great place to grab a cup of coffee and people watch. The lakeshore is beautiful!

The area around Drury hotel is walkable:associated bank around corner w/tyme machine in lobby of thst building,1 block up is free HOP RIDE..GOES TO 3RD WARD(SHOPS-RESTAURANTS,FOOD MARKET),CAN go to Lake Michigan Beach area etc. TRY TO GO WALK DOWN to the river walk...so nice,..watch boats go by,rent a kayak in late spring-summer,do a mikw boat tour. MUSEUMS are always good places to go!

The hotel staff were very helpful in every way. The accommodations were wonderful. There was only one problem. Because of the winter storm, the sidewalks were not cleared enough for safety. Timing of the storm was likely the problem. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay.

Rude hotel staff. Barley spoke to us. Man had a bad attitude. Room reeked like cigar. Rooms and hallways are dirty and disgusting. It looks like all they do is make the bed and restock toilet paper. Front desk staff was unprofessional and speaking about another guest when I came to the desk. I stood there dor a minute looking at them and listening before I was greeted. Unfriendly staff.

I had the best dining experience at Carson's Barbecue and Grill. Great food and place to eat! I had taken a tour of the city, I was amazed by the parks, they are so beautiful and well kept. The city is very clean, and I love the architecture, the culture, the people. I really enjoyed my stays at Milwaukee. Also, getting around the city was really easy, you can walk to everything, I had the best time at the Gotham museum. This is the place I definitely want to retire. I am thinking about returning this winter.
The hotel was unique, small with around 30+ rooms and arranged so that each floor had its own large common area with an impressive kitchen, dining area and lounge space. the manager was incredibly responsive and helpful and made great recommendations for things to do in Milwaukee. Amenities included a free glass of wine on arrival and the best continental breakfast with delicious pastries and Nespresso coffee. will definitely be staying here again!
The breakfast is always good. There is a lot of options. Something for everyone. Coffee, soda, water and juice which is nice. The largest continental breakfast that I have seen offered at a hotel and not had to pay extra for. The staff is always so nice! The beds are comfortable. Having off street parking when you are in the city is also nice although an extra fee it is on the cheaper side compared to other hotels in the area. Great location!
The receptionist , Anya, was extremely helpful ! We needed to find a drug store and she actually called a few stores to see if they carried the item we needed ( I wish we had a store like MetroMart here where we live …..it has everything ) .
She patiently answered all our questions about the area and about Milwaukee . She had a cab to the airport waiting for us in 5 minutes . Thank you for all of your help!
Emma, the desk clerk was outstanding. After a rather unrestful first night, Emma moved us to the 4th floor, where we didn't have to listen to the "elephant" in the room above us. Nice hotel--built on the cheap--trussed floors which let the sound from the room above make for an unpleasant stay. Rent a room on the 4th/top floor. Then the place is great.
Exercise room was very nice with good equipment.
We spent 2 nights here during the week. Great hotel, accommodation was excellent, Happily amazed at the 3 free drinks per day per person for happy hour 5.30pm-7pm as well as hot nibbles(dinner) and then breakfast in the morning, which both had a good variety of choices. Would highly recommend this hotel,nice and comfortable, close to public transport or you can easily walk to places of interest.
This hotel still has the charm of the 1920s. The Junior Suite is very spacious and in many ways feels like it has been exactly the same for 100 years: large bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, small office and equally small bathroom. Lights could be dimmed and despite the old charm, the wifi worked fine. TV probably too, I didn't use it.
We came to Milwaukee for Summerfest and booked late so the rate was higher than normal, but overall it was worth it. The room was very clean,the staff was great, and not having to run out for breakfast was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend staying here wether you're flying (close to the airport) or driving it is very convenient to downtown.
We stayed here two separate times within in week, both to visit Milwaukee and the night before a very early morning flight on our way back through Milwaukee. The access to downtown is really good and it's right next to the airport, so it worked well for our purposes. The rates were comparatively reasonable for the Milwaukee area.

I was nervous about staying in a hotel further away from my venue than I would have liked (10-15 minutes), but I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was located in a nice almost residential area. The room was clean and not once did I feel unsafe even though I was by myself in Milwaukee.
Place is modern and they’ve done lots of upgrades. There’s heated swimming pool (no hot tub), gym, electronic Bluetooth mirrors in the bathrooms are a nice touch. The location is the best, you’re a throw stones away from Milwaukee public market. All of Milwaukee is walkable from the hotel

What I liked about location was that it was downtown. I love being downtown and I had a great view of the whole city! I just wish it wasn’t so cold out I would’ve been sitting outside on the patio.
Perfect location for a downtown stay. We were in town for the Bucks game which is a short walk from the hotel. Comfortable and clean room with very friendly staff.
