Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about locality and use of ubers Location and free shuttle bus was a bonus as was the paid shuttle bus to Cruise terminal. Bar was excellent and being able to have food deliveries to room was great.

Mixed feelings: south beach very dated and depressed, old dingy concrete buildings. Wynwood nice and interesting, other parts of the city pleasant but nothing really inspiring. Driving is very aggressive and unnerving. A general feeling of not necessarily feeling safe in Miami at large, as evidenced by certain street signs suggesting not leaving valuables in cars, etc. Also many parts of the city feel and appear neglected.
That said, I have been twice in 5 months, once in a dated trendy hotel in Sourh Beach, very unwelcoming and most recently in the NOMADA Destination residences, which was a wonderful rental condominium, completely unlike the south beach vibe and very gracious and accommodating; I would highly recommend this property.
A highlight of my recent trip was several visits to the Sacred Vedic Arts Center, an intimate Hare Krishna inspired spiritual center, with lovely devotees, kirtan, Vedic philosophy programs and Prasadam (blessed food). Try to be attend the Sunday Love feast program at 11am.
I’m sure there is more to see and experience of Miami and I anticipate taking several more trips to do so

It is expensive. Miami is not a budget vacation excluding the public transportations . Public transportations in Miami run frequently but they slow down in the weekend. Miami public transportations cost is reasonable specially if you buy the weekly pass. The trolly and metromover are free .

Miami is a wonderfull destination. Multicultural ambiance, food, art, culture. Spanish widely spoken. Amazing infrastructure for business and leisure (convention centers, world ranked hotels, beaches, sports). Ideal for couples, children, youth. Great connectivity with international destinations through Miami and nearby airports, cruise ports of call, long distance trains and buses. Ideal weather for all, in particular senior citizens, and children.

I lived in Miami for years and I have family there and still visit. We found an amazing Caribbean restaurant nearby: PURO SAZON LATINO, at 22069 S. Dixie Highway. The service and food were great, the plating fantastic. It’s in a shopping plaza but don’t let the locale fool you. GO!

I recently stayed at your hotel for 1 night . While I appreciated the overall quality of my stay, I was surprised to find an additional charge of [$amount] on my bill for two bottles of water.
When I initially checked in, I was under the impression that these bottles of water were complimentary, as there was no indication otherwise. I understand that additional charges can apply for certain amenities, but clear communication is essential to avoid misunderstandings.
I kindly request a review of this charge. If possible, I would appreciate a refund for the water bottles or a clearer explanation of your policy for future reference.

Excellent hotel. New, clean and modern, with a cool useful mobile app to control room temperature, lights and curtains.
The breakfast is very good, delicious and you get ones of the best cappuccino and lattes I had in the US. All this for around 20 dollars. The gym is amazing and there is a pool on the roof. Location in downtown is close to the Bayside market place and the port. It is near a metro-mover station so also an advantage. With 20 dollars Uber you are in south beach, so this hotel is a very good value for money.
Very convenient location close to downtown Miami, other popular attractions like Key Biscayne, South Beach, Bayside Front Park, Bayside Marketplace,Wynwood Walls, Little Havana, and Miami International Airport, etc. Very close to hotels are Walmart, Sam's Club, Chevron gas, food court, popular banks, etc.
Hotel is spacious clean fresh from entrance to room, friendly helpful staff, and 24 hour front desk is always a plus. Large elevator and very quick operations. Outside entrance has a fireplace pit to keep warm.
Great location for all activities, from South Dade to Coconut Grove to Miami Beach. Easy access from airport; good breakfast places nearby; great restaurant in the building.
Rooms are very nice, comfortable and well appointed without being ostentatious. Easily requested iron and ironing board. Really accommodating staff and service.
Good parking options (easily parked on street for all three nights, only needing to pay into evening and next morning; parking in street free overnight, and very safe.
Location was fantastic, very close to the airport and Miami Marlins stadium, and a nice walk to Little Havana and a short ride to South Beach from there. There's a 24 hour Cuban pizza place a couple blocks away that had delicious burgers and bunuelos, and also served coffee and beer. My kids loved the playground setup in the yard! The hosts provided enough coffee grounds and filters for the two days we were there.
The building was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet.
The property was on credit my modern, practical, clean, welcoming, perfect ! We stayed there for 4 nights, we were close to Miami Beach, South beach, little Havana, little Haiti ! We would use public transportation or just use a Uber, everything was possible ! We came late on our last day, the front desk was till open with someone there. The staff was young and dynamic, I will definitely stay there again !
Hotel/Rooms very clean. Beds comfy. We had the best nights sleep here. Pool area nice. Location great and free parking. South beach etc all close by 20 min drive. Taxi only cost $18 to south beach. Cleaner was lovely, even though its stated rooms are cleaned every 3rd day, she always knocked with clean towels etc and asked if we needed anything.
The hotel is located close to the airport and in walking distance to the MetroRail station with fast and frequent connections to downtown Miami. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the airport. The outside and lobby area of the hotel are quite appealing, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
The house was very clean and cozy, the kids liked the table hockey very much.
We traveled by car from Orlando to Miami, so it was great to find popcorn, cookies , coffee, juice.. when we arrived there.
The location was perfect, near to the airport, not far from Miami beach and to Miami Downtown.
Our room was very spacious and included a full kitchen and washer & dryer. Our suite was nicely appointed with great finishes and an incredible view of the bay. The hotel's location makes both Brickell City Center and South Beach very accessible. I can't wait to go back!

The front desk staff was very nice. The workout room was small but well appointed. I loved our room, it was very spacious and clean. The outdoor pool area was very nice and appropriate to the Miami vibe, and they managed to give it a very South Beach feel.
Great comfy beds, close to the airport and bayside marketplace, but not on south beach which is ideal to avoid tourist trap prices. Nice Publix shop across the street for any essentials. Starbucks in reception is ok but a little pricey.
