I lived in Miami for years and I have family there and still visit. We found an amazing Caribbean restaurant nearby: PURO SAZON LATINO, at 22069 S. Dixie Highway. The service and food were great, the plating fantastic. It’s in a shopping plaza but don’t let the locale fool you. GO!

I recently stayed at your hotel for 1 night . While I appreciated the overall quality of my stay, I was surprised to find an additional charge of [$amount] on my bill for two bottles of water.
When I initially checked in, I was under the impression that these bottles of water were complimentary, as there was no indication otherwise. I understand that additional charges can apply for certain amenities, but clear communication is essential to avoid misunderstandings.
I kindly request a review of this charge. If possible, I would appreciate a refund for the water bottles or a clearer explanation of your policy for future reference.

I have been to Miami a few times and it is OK in small doses. Weather is good, and food and drink are good. I generally only stay a weekend or a few days.
South Beach is a good walkout, interesting to see.
We always use UBER as the yellow taxis are too expensive
There are some good bargains at the Dolphin Mall etc.

Best stay in Miami ever! we are a couple and booked a 1-bedroom apartment, and Chrystal, AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND, gave us a 2 bedroom and let us check in early too! We were staying in south beach beforehand, but comparing to Sentral Apartments we will definitely be returning here! The beds are super comfy, staff very accommodating and helpful and the common premises are great! The pictures don’t do it justice, we will definitely be returning here! You can’t get a better location right between Wynwood and Midtown!
I loved the size of this unit & the kitchen set-up which enabled us to organise our own breakfast, etc. The rooms were quiet, modern, clean, a good size. I liked the free parking, too. We had 2 nights here and then headed downtown for 2 nights to be "closer to the action." Doral is a nice neighbourhood nearby (not so much Hialeah...) & you get a lot more bang for your buck compared with South Beach, downtown, etc. So as long as you have a car and don't mind a bit of a drive I'd recommend it.
Clean facility and friendly staff. I like the guest laundry. Just make sure you have your own quarters. The location is great and seems to be in the center of many local destinations such as the airport and beach. My stay was over a week so it was important to know that there were restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel and grocery stores and pharmacies 5 mins away driving time. My stay was very good and would most definitely book at this location again!
Our plan was to stay at the Hampton near the airport for one night and then stay at a hotel on South Beach the next day, but we were so impressed with the friendly shuttle bus driver and the courteous front desk staff that we decided to use the Hampton as our starting point throughout our stay in Miami.
The room was very spacious and nice.
I told the front desk staff that the electric curtains were not working and the person in charge fixed them immediately.
Once you are inside the hotel it is nice, and the staff friendly. However, the outside is in a rundown area, and the hotel should do more to clean up the appearance. What we really like (and the reason we stayed here) is the location. At this hotel you are just a 15 minute drive from South Beach, 5 min drive from Marlins Park, 25 minute drive from the Everglades, and 15 minute drive from the highway that takes you down to the Keys.
The owner, Glen, was very nice and friendly. He helped me a lot when I lost my phone and wasn't able to contact my friends from another city. Not many people were in the hostel. The location is very good. Only 1 metro stop +5min walk from an international airport. One straight bus to Miami Beach in 6 min walk from a hostel. There is a supermarket in 5 min walk. It was very easy to reach all the places jn Miami from the hostel
Room was really spacious and clean. Bathroom was decent size as well. Had microwave, coffee maker, Multiple tvs, sofa, iron/ironing board, etc. Quiet safe business area of Doral surrounded by other hotels and a lagoon. ATM in the lobby. Walmart 7 mins away. Gas station 2 mins away. Lots of food places nearby. Pizza delivery services available. Restaurant and bar in lobby. 15-20 mins from South Beach and Wynwood.
Literally everything! The Staff , the commodity, the food , it was all amazing !! Paula checked us in and after coming from a terrible hotel and experience in South beach , she upgraded us and recommended so many good places near by to see and experience ! Shevon and Paola made us feel special as well since it was my moms and myselves birthdays . They are amazing and helpful !
Good place to stay, kind personel, silent and clean room. Target is in 2 minutes. There is a microwave oven, refregirator and coffee pod in the room. Close to the bus stop. 37 and 42 buses will get you to the Airport station from where you can get everywhere. 150 bus goes from Airport station to Miami beach for free.

Property was well maintained and Marsha (the host) was an exceptional communicator. The house looked just as beautiful as the pictures, and the property is in a great area. Not too far from South Beach and other small areas in Miami….my friends and I thought Xanadu was wonderful <3 10/10 would come back and recommend to others!!
Large, comfortable and very clean room with everything you could need for a great stay in downtown Miami. Close to all the main attractions, shops and restaurants and the bridge to Miami Beach, it’s an excellent place to stay. The food and drink options are great as well.

In quieter part of Miami but still within short drive of everything we needed. Longer to get to Miami Beach, nearly an hour due to traffic. Just leave yourself plenty of time.

Great location if cruising! Can jump on the 100 bus if you want to head to south beach (about 20 minutes), also next to the metro mover! Really cool stylish hotel and the staff are wonderful! Also loved the pool area!
Location and free shuttle from the airport was the key decision factor for us. a 5 minute ride from the airport and we were in the hotel ready. Short Uber to south beach so location perfect.
A small tip for those who want to go to South beach in public transport. Just walk to the airport station and take the 150 bus.
