I had a issue with my TV they fixed it right away.
Amazing property for a larger family. We had 11 people and had just enough space, although we did have one sleep on a couch. Plenty of areas for gathering together and sitting to talk. Very large living room with TV for movies and gaming. The outdoor area is beautiful and had a very nice area for sitting. The pool is really nice, but we didn't end up getting the heat in the pool because it took too long to heat it. Request heat in the booking. There was a TON of parking space.
This is pretty close to many restaurants.

I was traveling out of Mesa after living here for the last twenty some years. I had given up my apartment at the end of the rental cycle and needed a room for a few days before my departure. The best part of my stay in this Mel Brooks movie in real life was it convinced me my decision to leave Mesa was the correct one.

Miles motel: dirty room in disrepair, broken fixtures, dirty a/c, bike pump stolen out of back of my covered truck, toilet didn't work properly, looked at mattress under the bottom sheet and it was gross, theoretically there was internet but didn't work. I paid a little over a $100 for one night and it might have been tolerable at $25. Many units occupied by long term residents.

Even though my credit card was billed when I checked it, the hotel made a second charge for the full amount plus $25. It took over a week for the second charge to be removed. The hotel said it was not its fault that the second charge took so long to be removed and that I needed to contact my bank. This was unacceptable.

Used to live here and have family living here still.
Used to live here and have family living here still. Used to stay with family when I visited but decided to stay at a motel instead. Chose this location due to where it was because it was close to family events. Also loved that it was close to the freeway. Walmart was close by along with fast food places. There were other attractions close by, but I came for family reasons, so I didn't explore any of those this trip.

Mesa is different.
Mesa is different. Depending on the kind of life you have, some may hate it. It's a place where it's hard to survive. Alot of homeless, it's hard to get into a rental so if you plan on moving here....buy a house. There are nice parts to mesa but when your on a budget and waiting to close on a house, you have to stay in the rough part of town, which is fine for me but even I had some run ins with some men when I first got here and I was like "did you really just come up to me and say that?". I hate the desert though. I'm a minnesota girl. You can't get better than the forest and all the lakes.
The staff is the only reason I come here. They are so amazing and kind and always willing to help us out. People we can trust. I know I am safe because of them. The rooms need to be updated. Whoever owns this place needs to get it fixed up. Just because your a cheap hotel doesn't mean you need to be a cheap hotel. Make sure the sinks and tubs drain, fix the toilets, get rid of everythjng with cat pee. Those sorts of things. Paint the walls. But I love the staff and the price.and it's dog friendly
I liked the location as it was close to the Mesa Performing Arts Theater.
The Customer Service friendly and exceptional every time and every way.
I requested a room with Roll in Shower in Mesa location, room 122 to be exact…the only suggestion I have is to make some improvements to the bathroom. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet base and there is no place to keep personal items if you are staying several nights.
I hope you take notice and make it more user friendly.
I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfy beds, you stocked us up with fluffy towels and I appreciate the friendliness of your staff...
My home is more than 50 miles one way and I work in Mesa... sometimes as a nurse I do 12 hr shifts or double shifts so when I'm tired I don't want to drive late at night...
Thank you, I will keep coming back and also tell others about my stay at your hotel... :) : )
Sparkling clean, good bed, good kitchenette facilities, hosts were friendly, helpful, and busy making sure everything was tip top. The place is a beautifully remodeled vintage hotel. The floors literally shined it was so carefully cleaned. For one of the least expensive hotels in Mesa this place would have been a bargain at a more expensive price.
Breakfast was very good. We had many choices and it was always hot eggs and bacon was excellent. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was helpful. The Mexican restaurant was excellent that was next to the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to try the tepanyaki /sushi restaurant because it was always full.
They don’t provide breakfast. The room was pretty spartan but very functional. My husband liked the cubby’s provided for stowing gear. The bed was comfortable. There is no homey feeling to the room but it was a decent price especially considering other hotels in the area.
The hotel was small and that's good. There was less noise than with larger hotels. It was very clean. The spa and pool were in great repair. Morning breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The online photos show you exactly what you can expect.
Breakfast was delicious. The location was prefect along with great customer service from the staffs. It was close to a lot of things to do around the Hotel. We would most definitely will return to stay here when we’re back in Mesa, AZ.
Really nice place. Little remote but then again Phoenix / Mesa is so spread out! Room itself was fabulous. If only I had time to use the spa bath in front of the TV. Staff really friendly.
