THE BEAUTIFUL ARBORETUM IN THE ATRIUM WAS GORGEOUS
I am a frequent visitor of Lubbock. But I could only stay one night in this Inn. It was bearable for one night. Luckily we only were in the hotel to sleep for 6 hours and then go to family’s house. It was a last minute booking. Didn’t get the quality for the price🤷♀️

DEFINITELY A COLLEGE TOWN! BUT WORTH THE VISIT. IT HAS A SMALLER TOWN CHARM. THE PRAIRIE DOGS WERE SO CUTE! THEY ARE EVERYWHERE! A MUST SEE! LOVELY PARKS AND WALKS. LOTS OF LOCAL LIVE MUSIC. YOUNGER SCENE DUE TO COLLEGE.

We had snow in the area and things we wanted to visit were closed. No comment at this point but it seems like there is a variety of venues to visit. We came down for a concert and the theatre was wonderful and the show awesome.

Lubbock is actually a great city to visit. There's quite an array of things to do, quality restaurants, scenery and attractions for all ages, though some are seasonal. Big wide streets and new highways make travel easy, though in more established areas like downtown and near Texas Tech there is some congestion during peak hours.

The worst experience of our life .
The worst experience of our life .We were charged EXTRA $100 per day and $100. Deposit plus tax on the deposit REALLY For nothing? Unfortunately for us it was not Game day for us we didn't go to the game. We went to a "funeral" for three days. The room was not made during our entire stay. No towels ,soap ,no bed made ever. We have traveled all over the world never has this happen to us.it was ad disgusting room . Lizards dirty sheets .....We are expecting a credit for our inconveniences. I'm copying my travel agent regarding this property so she never refers it again.

Easy to get around in a vehicle.
Easy to get around in a vehicle. Streets are in a grid pattern with an easy access Loop around the city. Plenty of different types of food and places to eat. Great college town vibe. Lubbockites love their Red Raiders. The people of Lubbock and West Texans in general are very friendly people.
I have to say, the location was phenomenal, in a really clean and nicer area around other hotels as well. The rooms were quite nice as well and the property was nice and clean and smelled really nice. The HK and common area staff deserve a lot of credit with how they treat this property and keep it clean. Last, the breakfast selections were super nice and had good variety! I would 100% stay here again.
Dee and all the staff were the nicest, friendliest and most profesional people I’ve ever encountered during any and all my hotel stays. I travel a lot and stay at varios hotels. By far this has been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. The personnel at this hotel need to be commended by Hilton and this hotel and staff be an example of Hilton’s other hotels.
It was a large room. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly. There were free snacks in the room. It had a fridge, microwave, and room darkening curtains.
There was also a ceiling fan, which I don't think I've seen in a hotel room before.
Light breakfast was available - fruit, breads, yogurt, cereal, and make-your-own waffles.
We were in Lubbock for a volleyball Tournament. The Location was close to where tournament was held (Apex Building), shopping and restaurants. Our Hotel room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was Excellent! Huge Selection From Cereal to Eggs, Sausage, Oatmeal, fruit, Muffins, etc.
This has to be the cleanest and friendliest place I've stayed in many years! The staff that I dealt with was friendly and super nice without exception! My room was very clean and had all the amenities I wanted. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lubbock Tx. !!!
As last time breakfast was very good. Hotel was easy to get to. Staff extremely friendly I arrived very late and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Checked me in without having any issues. Would recommend this place to any anyone traveling thru Lubbock.

Was in Lubbock for my daughter's graduation from TTU. Hotel was located very close to her apartment and campus. Decor was nice. Always like ease of using Hilton Honors app to select room, chevk in, use digital key and check out.
This our second stay here while passing through Lubbock. We like the location, on the Texas Tech campus with coffee shops and good restaurants in close proximity.
