We stayed for one night to rest during our road trip. It couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel is well located in the area with lots of restaurants so it's easy to find a place to eat. The room is nice and spacious and the bed is very comfy. Parking is free and easy to find in the hotel parking areas. Unfortunately we had to leave very early on the next morning because we had to continue our road trip and didn't get the chance to try the breakfast. Will definitely looking forward to stay again at this hotel or another Best Western Plus location!

Dollywood was great. I had never been. The Ijams nature center had nice trails and an in the trees rope trail. There were also lots of caves and places to eat, and museums. We also had fun shopping the local flea markets.

Well, honestly, I didn't see much of Knoxville, but it was...
Well, honestly, I didn't see much of Knoxville, but it was on the way to Chattanooga. And it was a good place to stay, making the rest of the drive to our destination (90minutes) convenient. Which did allow us time to check out the local sites. (we checked out the Museum of Appalachia, a living history museum, just 20 miles north of Knoxville. I told my husband about it, and since we'll be driving to Tennessee more often since my brother is moving there this year, I am excited that I can take advantage of what Knoxville and Chattanooga have to offer. I definitely want to explore Knoxville and its surrounding area over the next few years. The mountains have been calling me for years, but this was the first time I drove through this southern part of Tennessee. It's beautiful out there! I'll be back.

We were in Knoxville for the University of Tennessee...
We were in Knoxville for the University of Tennessee football game. We stayed on the out skirts of town because either other hotel rooms were booked up or the hotels jacked up in prices for the weekend. Knoxville is a great city to visit but if your not into college football I'd suggest you visit when there's not a game going on.
There's a lot of fun restaurants in downtown Knoxville "Market Square".
This has been one of the best hotels since COVID! The facilities were clean and the front desk demonstrated great hospitality. She even gave my baby boy a key to pretend like he was unlocking the room door. The breakfast was wonderful every morning and provided a variety of options. The room was spacious and I didn't feel like my family was cramped together. This will definitely be an oasis upon my next visit to Knoxville!
This was an excellent choice for a quick trip to Knoxville. Walking distance to everything downtown. The room was HUGE, clean and well equipped with a full kitchen like a condo. Fantastic location. Knoxville is very walkable and the sites are accessible. Everyone was nice. Forrest, the valet was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was terrific. Even had vegan options, which was nice. The fresh fruit was so delicious. The roof top bar was beautiful and had some vegan options.
The price was very good for the area especially with a major footbal game occuring that weekend. Although not near downtown Knoxville, it was within a reaasonable range of getting there. There was plenty of parking. Fast food places to eat at nearby.
I thought the price was excellent- while not right downtown, it was certainly accessible to downtown Knoxville. They had NO pet or parking fees, which were excellent! And the breakfast was surprisingly diverse and tasty.

It was a 5 min walk to the convention center and 15 min walk to the cute little downtown area with restaurants and bars. The hotel was Very clean with stylish and sophisticated decor. The room was also clean.

Parking was right on site and it was only $10. That's a low rate compared to other downtown hotels. We enjoyed the convenience to all of the downtown restaurants, as well.
Everything was great. Nice room, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel is located back off the main roads far enough that noise was not a concern.
