Kissimmee is ideally located for all the theme parks and water parks. We would breafast at Golden coral or Denny's or iHop. If you want a buffet type breakfast then I can recommend Golden Coral, although they open from 10 - 11am during the week but at the weekend they open at 8am.

Our main reason for going to Kissimmee was to visit Disney World. We did not have an opportunity to take advantage of other attractions and the many shopping options. There are a lot of good restaurants, franchises and locally owned. It is somewhat difficult to get around with the traffic flow — a lot of U-Turns!

My booking was for a 3br villa w small pool. We got a 3br w a jacuzzi. They offered a different villa NEXT DAY bc they had no other villas w a private pool available. They provided credit/giftcard to the restaurant to smoothen edges. We emailed them to let them know we’d check in 730-8p no one was available on property at that time. I had to call and wait for security to show up. The restaurant has one person working he’s the cook the bar tender the cleaner the Maintenence etc so service was not great and food was dry frozen and glad it was a gift card I didn’t spend the money there.

Kissimmee is a great location to visit the Disney Theme Parks. It is a bit further away from Universal Studios. The traffic on HWY 192 (Orlo Bronson Hwy) can be a nightmare during certain times! My navigation device did its best to avoid Orlo Bronson Hwy during these times BUT everyone else was using the same alternate routes so it was still congested.
But this area of Kissimmee/Davenport is fairly new and traffic on Hwy 27 was a moderate but never reached gridlock level I was out and about. Overall all a good location if you want to stay away from the older, touristy and congested Orlo Bronson Hwy around the Disney Theme Parks.

I have stayed around there for the past 3 yrs,I lived in FL for 17 yrs love it usually stay around Sarasota,but the last couple years prices r at a premium & they don't have nearly as many homes,or condos, or hotels as Kissimmee so the last few yrs we stayed at Champion Gate,Vacation Villas 2 Ramada,Polynesian Isle Blvd
Magic Moment Resort, they really need some concerts, & things other than Disney stuff,traffic is horrible but all of FL is on Spring break all the seniors,Kissimmee has some great places to stay & good prices & is a nice place with any restaurants you want

Theme parks are getting too expensive and very long lines to get on rides even during non peak times. Tickets costed more than airfare, house and rental car combined.
Late night restraunt selection is limited for after theme parks close. With a large group, you need to plan ahead
Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The rooms are great for families, the full kitchen was great. The pool activities are good for small kids. Pool size is nice, lazy river and water slides are also very fun.
The location is good. Took us 20 minutes to get to universal studios. A few good restaurants you can walk to from the hotel. We will definitely come back.
Nothing. Was a nightmare. Smoke alarm didn’t stop. We need to call the office and he remove the alarm. The other bedroom. No smoke alarm connect it. No toilet paper, no soap, miss towel, roaches. Awful place. Need to be close. Need a total reparation. The name is fancy but the Hotel was a horrible experience.
My family and I loved staying at this property. It was the cleanest vacation home that we have ever stayed in, in Florida. The host was friendly and always available to help with any questions that we had. I love this home so much that I booked it again for our family vacation for next year.

In a quiet community which was even better. Staying at resorts/hotels. There's always children running around everywhere or a show going on at the pool. Which is fine at times. We didn't want all that noise, so this was absolutely perfect.

Older hotel that's been recently renovated. Great for your budget. Free Breakfast was good (eggs, meat, potatoes, pancakes/waffles, juice, breads). Apparently this hotel was in the movie "The Florida Project" which my daughter was excited about. Very close to the parks.
The accommodations far exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and so modern! The ability of having not one but two clubhouses at our disposal was an added bonus and the shuttle service was great too! Overall, this was my best stay in Orlando and we will be back!
This property was far above expectation! The apartment/condo was huge and beautiful. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Our stay was split up between two resort/hotel and this was hands down the best. I would come to Kissimmee just to stay at Fantasy Resort!!

This is the worst hotel I ever been. I will never place a reservation trough Booking this place was a fraud they robe me $ 100 dollars just because I went to check the room. The staff at the counter was rude a and very poor to solve the situation .

The thing about this budget hotel is the great location in Kissimmee. Remember the price you're paying and you will see that it meets with what you get. One, maximum two nights and you'll be fine.
good value for the price. Room was big, clean, beds were confortable. Had both a minifridge and a microwave, which helps a lot. Parking on the hotel was easy, near disney attractions.
