Location, closeness to beach and cafes. Pool clean. TV in bedroom and lounge room. Breakfast OK, enough variety and the breakfast area could be so nice, again shabby. Bed comfy enough, (pillows ridiculously uncomfortable and we were jet-lagged having come from Australia). A good night's sleep is everything. Good to have kitchenette, but the cupboards were less than desirable.

Staff were great! It is not well publisized about some of the shuttle services offered. No information on Booking about shuttles from the airport or to cruise port. Important information that would have been helpful when planning.

Good restaurants on the Broadwalk and also (even better restaurants) on the Intracoastal side: Taverna Opa is a must! Le Tub has amazing burgers! Tip: park at Margaritaville - good bars, restaurants, live entertainment, Everything that I mentioned is an easy walk from there

I love Hollywood Beach. There's no need to rent a car. So many restaurants and hotels within easy walking distance. Try "Opa' for delicious Greek food and great middle eastern music- catch the belly dancer who does a fun floor show!
Fun to take the circuit into town for a change of scenery and cuisine!
The Broadwalk is clean and clear for a nice long daily walk, run or bicycle ride! It's casual and lively.

Check in, no reservation on file, took over an hour to finally find reservation. Booked 18th floor got 37th. No key in lockbox when we arrived. Was never given a lockbox code to retrieve key. The room had to be sanitized and swept by us as had not been cleaned very well. Cushions missing on balcony and chair cushion stains. Bathroom sink plugged and not draining. Spent the first day and half waiting for maintenance to attend to clogged drain. (Said they were coming that night, pinged them and after waiting they said they would be there in morning, pinged them again and they did not show up until 1:00PM. Elevators went down twice and when they were working took forever. Water shut off due to flooding on the 12th floor. Was only one day where we did not have issues. Booking.com nor Hyde beach tried to remedy or make whole for issues. Icing on the cake was Hyde beach extorting $200 for cleaning of preexisting stain on chair and stain in shower. How do you get a stain in the shower only using soap and water? Disputing cleaning charge.

This is one of the greatest beaches that I have ever been to. I mean everything you need is right there. being from out of town and in a much colder climate it was nice to fly there and just be at the beach and the broadwalk with everything that I needed. No driving around all day and here and there, you can just be in the vacation spot the whole time and not have to leave.
You can’t ask for more in terms of location. The hotel is located directly on the beach. When a stray shower passes through the area, a frequent occurrence in Florida, you can wait it out in the lobby and then return to the beach. Having beach chairs and an umbrella in the room is great for those who like to enjoy a sunrise on the beach.
I spent there couple days to take rest during my Florida trip. It was great choice. Hotel is situated right on the beach, neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. Price is reasonable, good value for money.
Unfortunately I haven't met the owner personally but he was easily reached out through mobile when needed.
I fully reccomend.
The location of Caribbean to Hollywood Beach is awesome. We have stayed at Caribbean multiple times over the past five years and will come back again. This is not a resort hotel, the rooms are small, efficient and clean. If you plan on spending your time at Hollywood Beach on the beach this is a great location and value.
Great location. Close to The boardwalk, the beach and some great restaurants. Especially liked Georgio's bakery and bistro across the street. Hotel had plenty of nice Beach Chairs for use on the Beach, plus private pool. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room and Bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. Luxurious without being ostentatious or stuffy. Super comfortable and well thought out rooms. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who were responsive, kind, and wonderful with children. The pool area is ideal for families and the easy access to the beach was perfect.
the bed was extremely comfy as this has been my downside when staying at other hotels. the bedding was straight out of the dryer smelling like fabric softener it was my best stay at any of the hotels in hollywood beach booked again for my upcoming stay in march. quite affordable nightly rates was a bonus
The location is perfect to have meetings in Miami and also in Hollywood Areas. Is in the middle and close to the I95. The breakfast is nice, I cannot eat wheat and I do have options here. The room is comfortable and also has a desk and a sofa, like small apartment. Nice hotel
The property is close to the beach. The "hotel" has the second-best pool on the boardwalk. Having stayed at the hotel, when it still was a hotel, this pool was the reason that we chose this location above all other properties on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.
The breakfast had quite a few choices with cereal, eggs, bacon, toast, nice and coffee. The taxi driver we met through the hotel, Jimmy, was very good, friendly and we kept his card and used him on our return from our cruise.
The hotel was very beautiful and spotless, the bed was the most comfortable and we absolutely loved our stay would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. we loved it. Our most favourite was roof top bar.
As close to oceanfront as you can get without being "oceanfront". Walk out the lobby and cross the street directly on to Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk. Located right next door to Margaritaville Hotel.
The location was perfect. Lots to do in and around Hollywood. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable. Not too big like a chain hotel and not too small either. Dinner service was fun and festive!
