Loved the beautiful lit fountain and access to 3 restaurants. Staff was professional and kind. The front office manager, Menmat (forgive the misspelling - hard to read the writing) helped us in checking out one day early due to an unexpected family emergency. All the staff was kind, friendly and professional. Thanks for the warm greetings and smiles.

Great location, very clean, lots of great restaurants onsite. The Booking.com site stated that free breakfast was included. At check in we were advised that breakfast was not included. The manager made it right by comping us breakfast at one of the onsite restaurants and the food was amazing!

My wife and I arrived at the Element and was told we didn't have a room the staff said they was over book and we were sent to the aloft which help my wife and I ok I had an reservation with the Element this was poor business.

The customer service was absolutely horrible.
The customer service was absolutely horrible. The room was not great . I wanna spies with someone in the corporate office. That attendant needs to find another job .the way she spoke to me over the phone and the booking.com over the phone where I booked this room was unacceptable. And once I arrived, she still was difficult in person . I will never stay in a Red Roof again .

Upon checking in.
Upon checking in. They said that there was no king-size room left and they could offer us a queen size room. At least this was the lady at the front desk and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. It seem like it was a manager that came by and pulled a list of rooms that had just been cleaned and we were able to get the room we booked after about 15 minutes, we asked for extra towels and we never received them. We had to ask for an ironing board a shower leaked all over the floor and water stains on the ceiling in the room. The breakfast food tasted good. That was way too small for the prices that were asked , I would not stay here again

We booked the hotel principally because we wanted a somewhat upscale experience close to the airport. The reception area of the hotel has great presence, and the room nicely done, but lacked the wow factor for the price point in my opinion. Something in the room set off my allergies making it difficult to sleep, but I loved the convenience of utilizing the airport shuttle to catch a flight.

Couldn’t get here for Christmas so I decided to take a quick trip to ring in the New Year with my family. Everything worked out perfectly I was able to book a really nice room. I rented a car but the hotel does have an airport shuttle. They also have plenty of choices for food both in and right outside of the hotel.
They didn’t offer breakfast😕 they could’ve gave me a better room since I was going to be there a couple days🙁 the bed was ok but the pillows were too small and very soft 😫 they didn’t have a microwave or a refrigerator I stayed for 2 nights.😳 Overall I wasn’t happy🙁 it was my birthday and I know It wasn’t no way to get my money back 🥺so I just stayed but I’ll never stay in that hotel again
Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from whether hot or cold. Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to highway and close to mall area which was key to choosing this location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. For sure will be returning to this hotel in the near future.
The property was clean and in a wonderful location. It was about 40 minutes from MGM and just across the street from Arundel Mills mall. There was a gym, laundry room and pool on site. breakfast was awesome, coffee and tea was available all day long. The room was great and well equipped.
Very attractive and modern decor. Friendly staff from the shuttle driver to the receptionists who checked us in and the one who checked us out. Nice, upscale restaurant on-site for dinner & drinks. Good location near Arundel Mills Mall, the casino and other restaurant options.
The location was great but didn't have a shuttle bus to take us to the casino I had to call my daughter each time for a Uber driver that cost extra money I didn't have so sitting in a hotel room with nothing to do or no ride to take you no where wasn't fun weekend at all
The room was very modern and the bathroom was spacious. The entrance of the hotel was beautiful and it was an activity table that family friends can chill and have fun with each other. The pillows were super comfortable as soon as I laid down I fell asleep.
Breakfast could've been a bit better !! The bed was a little uncomfortable but wasn't awful .I enjoy this hotel it's very convenient to all your needs !! Whenever I come to this area I always come to this property
