Room with 2 beds was well-appointed, clean, spacious and included a quite nice kitchenette. The beds were comfortable. I was a bit leery about the fact there is no check-in staff present (this process is done electronically, utilizing key pad codes to access entry into the building and the assigned room), but the process worked perfectly and was easy to use once the process was experienced.
There was so much wrong! I booked a two bed room- when we arrived only 1 bed room was available. There is a hole in the bathroom ceiling and we had to check for cameras in the hole. There are ROACHES PEOPLE!! The fridge does not keep food cold- and it’s on max cold. The furniture is not stable. So disgusting 🤮 I just want my money back.

Location was close to major roads and many activities and eateries.

we gad reservations which we paid for in January, when we got to the property we were told we didn’t have a reservation and we referred to another hotel in the area. It took an hour to get referred.NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE.
The breakfast was great. Had a nice variety of food to choose from. The hotel was very clean. Really liked the shower. Preferred it over having a tub. The front desk personnel were very nice and accommodating.
Only good part of our one night stay was breakfast. For such a hotel what you expect, i would say it was better than that. Clean, ample quantities with smiling staff. Breakfast area was good too.
Having the extra space with sofa and kitchen area made it very spacious.
The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect for close proximity to Longwood Gardens.
Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub most. I enjoy the breakfast and clean room.
Also the room had a bathtub. So many hotels only have showers. I love that my room had a bathtub.
