We stayed here as we had a gig at the Firstbank Amphitheater at Graystone Quarry.. Excellent location. Nice room, good parking, bed comfortable, breakfast was snacks which did not run out which was good as the hotel used by workers.

We enjoyed the comfortable, clean rooms and the breakfast. A special thank you to the cleaning staff who were so great in making our beds and giving us clean towels every day. It was needed since we were there 6 days. Even once when our toilet was plugged and I was in such a hurry I didn’t have a chance to talk to the front desk they had the toilet unplugged and totally clean by the time we returned. All the staff were very friendly and ready to help. The beds were also extremely comfortable.

We didn't actually spend any time in Franklin, because we came for my niece's wedding that was held in Old Hickory at the Hermitage Golf course. Since the traffic Friday afternoon was very busy we probably should have choosen a location closer to her venue - but I really wanted to stay at Drury Inn since we have stayed in them so many times in the past.

Franklin is easily one of the most charming historic downtowns that I have ever seen. I could easily live there! Ample parking; many restaurant choices; Civil War history (Carter house and Clanton Plantation); access to Natchez Trace Parkway. Dines at Gray’s on Main and it was excellent!

Everything you could possibly need is within minutes.
Everything you could possibly need is within minutes. From fast food to inside dining,gas stations,grocery store,car wash,Home Depot are all within walking distance. Close,but not too close to I-65. 20minute drive to downtown and broadway. Easy to find and access. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from other hotels. Coffee is available in the lobby 24hours a day.

Franklin is a beautiful town and well worth a visit whether for a long stay or enroute as part of a road trip. Near enough to Nashville to visit for a day or two, but also far enough out to experience a more local feel to the area.

I go to Franklin for work. If I made more money I would definitely move here. Franklin has everything one needs. And everything is located within 10 minutes or less of driving. It's refreshing and provides a feeling of safety.

We did most of our site seeing in Nashville. I really liked how close it was without all the hustle and bustle of the city.
I would highly recommend the Chop House Restaurant. Great food and great service.
The breakfast buffet provided a wide range of delicious "southern" options, including pancakes, breakfast cereals, hot oatmeal, biscuits with gravy, eggs, fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, and juices. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel has a small gym and a pool. Even the cleaning staff were very friendly. The gal at check-in was funny and perky. And when I needed a taxi to the airport, the manager, Gabriel, went above and beyond in coordinating the pick-up which involved calling three different companies.
We loved the location, easy access to/from freeway and good restaurants that did carry out. We travel with 2 small dogs and the staff was very accommodating, putting us on the first floor, near an exit for dog walks. The king room was good sized and comfortable. I would have appreciated some pastries at breakfast, but we did oatmeal/bagels and fruit instead. There's a nice area to walk the dogs, and I loved being able to walk across the street for food. Not getting back in the car after 10 hours was dreamy,
My stay at the Hyatt House Cool Springs was exceptional! This is a beautiful hotel. Looks brand new. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled very fresh. A welcome respite after driving 10 hours. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Especially the evening manager, Nicole!
And the price per night was extremely affordable! I was blessed to be able to stay for three nights for a conference I attended.
I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Franklin.
