Upon arrival I received a goodie bag with snacks. The rooms are large with a good AC. The breakfast was limited but more than fair for this price point.

The property was Amazing with a great location, only 2 miles from Yosemite National Park. Wonderful for families with a lot of amenities and activities including a deli, gift shop, pizza place, and restaurant onsite. Also loved that they had a pool, game room, and on-site spa services. Pet friendly as well. They have outstanding customer service and concierge services too! Tenaya Lodge all day van tour of Yosemite Valley that we booked was Fabulous! Well worth the cost.
Although, this property was an hour from Yosemite visitor center it was great! It was private, a beautiful setting and the house was immaculate! Even though the facility could use a few updates the area was too beautiful to complain. We were there in May so a heads up in the summer it might be pretty warm! There is an Ac downstairs (where bedrooms are) but not sure about up! Lots of movies, games and toys for kids.
We loved everything about the Aspen House. It was the perfect size for a family of 6. The property felt like a home away from home, and I really couldn’t picture spending our first time in Yosemite any other way. We loved that the kitchen was equipped for all our cooking and baking needs. The house is also tucked away and surrounded by trees, so you truly felt at peace with nature.
I enjoyed Pam’s friendliness and knowledge about the area. It was mine & my now fianceé’s first trip to Yosemite and Pam shows us the map of Yosemite and it’s a surrounding areas. She carefully explained to us what routes best to take for our every occasion.
I love how comfortable our stay was, which made the trip so worth it!

The staff and the owner are very friendly.
It's a humble hotel, but it is clean and next to Yosemite National Park.
The room comes with a coffee maker, the mattress looked quite new (not bed bugs at all, unlike someone else's said), the restroom is very clean.
Bear in mind that the building is a few years old, but it was very clean.
The food for dinner was absolutely wonderful and delicious. The room was rustic but the beds were comfortable and heater worked great. The service at front desk was great. Very receptive to our needs. The location was only 7 minutes from the Southside Entrance Yosemite.
Meeting the Food & Beverage Manager, Andrew, who tried to redeem the hotel and the disappointment we encountered during our first few hours. Andrew and the staff were the only good thing about our stay. It's a good location for the entrance to Yosemite. Parking was easy.
The property was in an amazing location, right next to the south entrance of Yosemite Park. The home was also very comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities you could ask for, including a nice propane grill on the porch which I enjoyed using.
