Lovely small town with a good appreciation for its history.
Lovely small town with a good appreciation for its history. We liked the Lewis and Clark Campsite exhibit just outside town, and the Railroad Depot Museum. We stopped at XOAlambic Distillery, and on the way out of town saw a couple of wineries.
We ate at the Weinhard Cafe (great modern takes on American Classics) and also the Mexican restaurant.
The room was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. The location is good , though there is nothing much in Dayton to do. We preferred as it was central from our trip route.
The hotel has a pool and outdoor party area which is very good. Breakfast and staff both were very good and accomdative
The staff was amazing. Very helpful and courteous. And as a bonus, I ran out of fuel on my motorcycle 6 miles from the hotel and the manager drove out and brought me gas so I could get back to the hotel. He went way above and beyond.
The hotel is well located to access all main areas of Dayton. It is reasonably well appointed. Staff were courteous. Breakfast was limited but good quality. My room had a comfortable bed and decent shower.
The walls were all wood paneling, the carpet was soft, the bed comfortable, and the room was cozy. I'll definitely stay again if I ever find myself passing through Dayton.
This is a lovely hotel--perfectly maintained. The room is decently sized and well-decorated. Breakfast was quite generous and tasty for a continental-style spread.
Our stay was very nice, just an over night, but way to find & check in. Breakfast was well balanced, with cold & a hot choice. The whole hotel was super clean!
Price and location were excellent.. it's an older motel so don't expect everything to be perfect but beds aren't bad and again you cannot beat the price.
