Your facility and our room were clean, nice and comfortable. The pool was nice. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. It was so nice to have washer/drier facilities available. We have been on the road long enough it was a perfect time to freshen up some things. There were several restaurants nearby, but we recommend you try El Potro just behind the hotel. It is a family run Mexican style place and we found the food to be quite good.

The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. The key would not unlock our door, do went to report it and she came back with a computer to activate the opening of the door so we could enter which took several minutes. She was nice and made it happen.

Location was ok for us. Room on bottom floor (cos we had sn infant and pram, I think it was a disability suite, though it had a bath so how can that be used by disabled people?). Room had a funny smell at first. Beds were very high but comfortable.

loved it the people there were so nice. There is a lot to do in Corpus Christi, you can do it all in a few days. unfortunately, we can only spend the one night this time but plan on going back as soon as June 2024 if not soon as we can i love it there so much fun.

The city is overpriced and the best food we had was from a chain. So much of their food is deep fried in restaurants. The walk downtown is nice and the beaches are decent. For a place with a beach, their sea food could use some work.

We have traveled to Corpus many times over the years and stayed at the Omni regularly. Business people around corpus are very friendly and accommodating. Due to our issues with the Omni we left a day early.

The people were nice, friendly and helpful.
The people were nice, friendly and helpful. Not much to see there outside of the beach. It is beautiful. I'm sure it is packed in the summer. We hit it at just the right time, warm enough to swim and few people. Did also enjoy the Lexington. Not hard to miss the Aquarium. There are no signs to direct you there. Sure, we had GPS, which went squirrelly and maps that were unclear. I'm sure we got close but never did find it.

I think Corpus is amazing and I would defiantly visit again, we went to the Texas Sate Aquarium, which was amazing for my foster kids being there first time. We stayed at the Double Tree Hotel and their service was great and they had a bar and restraint there, so being able to stay in and eat at the hotel was awesome. The beachies were amazing, clean, there were a lot of road work going on near the Aquarium so a little crazy and crowded.

I love that you can drive on the beach.
I love that you can drive on the beach. There's a lot of food options. There were plenty of different options as far as style of food and expense levels that you could want. Seemed cleaner than most beach towns and water was pretty clear for Texas coast.
The charming and unique rooms had names instead of numbers and each room was personally decorated by the owner in a theme that reflected the room name. The hotel had a B&B feel to it. The owner met us and personally showed us to our room.
When the hotel is advertised as being "on the beach", that is an understatement. The shoreline was less than 75 yards away from the back of the property.
Since our main purpose was to go to Beach and it's 3 minutes walk to beach, that's why it was very convenient.
Parking was challenging. If you want to park in the hotel parking lot than you need to come in early.
You can also park on the street which is safe to park.
Beach was clean. If you don't want to take your own umbrella than you can rent it for $35/Day.
definitely better than what i was expecting based off of other reviews . we were on the top floor so the noise from the bar next door wasnt a problem . the room was clean , bathroom was nice and clean . slept great , and was super close to the beach we were able to take a little night walk on the beach and walk back to the hotel easily .
The place was OK, location was great. It was on the beach as advertised, with a walkable cement boardwalk separating hotel and beach. The owners had just purchased the location and they were trying to make everyone happy as they checked in. The owners were friendly and offered suggestions for eating as their place was closed.
We didn’t even stayed there. The hotel looked abandoned. When we walked into the room it smelled awful, the bed looked Ike it was 20 years old and the sheets had holes. Blinds were broken in some windows and the oool was green. Worst hotel I have ever been to. We left and booked a room across the street in the Hampton Inn.
Great place, we really enjoyed it When we left, they asked how our stay was and actually seemed to care if we enjoyed our selves, clean, and loved the soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers in the bathroom, never seen that before. If you want a good room for a great price in Corpus Christi, Id recommend this place.
You must try their Superior upgraded rooms on 1st floor. Beds are like from Heaven. Perfect location for Corpus Christi right in center on restaurants, shopping malls and few mins on the beach. Staff is very sweet. Rate was awesome compare to any hotels on SPID as a best value. Love their lamp shades very unique.
Staffs (Julia, Alyssa and Raul) are very nice and accommodatimg. Centrally located to places we want to visit: beaches, shops, restaurants. The hotel breakfast is good and has lots of options. Beds are comfortable and TV entertainment is above average.
Bar area outside was very nice. The breakfast we ordered was good.
They immediately gave me a new room when i let them know the bathroom was unacceptable with hsir clogging the tub drain.
Location was great right on the beach.
Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Pretty good variety for breakfast. Wear and tear was visible around hotel grounds, but nothing that wouldn't be expect from an older and directly on the beach.
Location, and design are awesome. Originally chose this location because it is gated, hate having my vehicle broken into at hotels. I love not having to check in like a typical Hotel in a waiting room.
I like my "side" view of hotel because I was able to see the sea wall and water, the breeze was great from the balcony, the balcony was a great size, the room felt comfortable but a little small.
Incredible value for the money. While it's not a luxurious hotel, we were as confortable as we could ask for. Customer service was always availible and helpful. View was nice.
The hotel was on the beach which we enjoyed very much. Having a restaurant across the street also helped make my stay
more enjoyable since there was no restaurant in hotel.
Absolutely nothing. Horrible rooms. The only good thing about the hotel is the location to the beach. You can literally walk right out the back door and you are on the beach.
