Price is good. Location is excellent for raceway and mall access. Lots of restaurants really close for dine in or grab and run. The grounds were beautiful. Out back was a pleasant area to sit and have a beverage and enjoy the scenery. There were also a few chairs out front if you wanted to sit and watch people coming and going.

We were just there for a quick trip but would of liked to stay longer. Maybe next time we can plan a longer trip. We just ate at Texas Road House. It's busy in Concord but it's easy to get where your going.

i asked for a discount for our stay and was told by Stephanie she would give me points to use the next time we stay at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites but i am not sure we will be using the company again. We booked the hotel because it has a outside pool and brought swim suits and even bought new swim trunks for my son and husband and the pool was closed. the website for the hotel said the pool was already open and it was not. I asked for a discount and then was told to call booking.com i did and Hiba said she would contact Stephanie about it and she would call, text or email me back. I got a email saying they would only offer points for our next stay at one of their facilites.... this is not acceptable because our trip was not what we planned and spent money for.

Me and my friends came to the 4 wide race to watch the drag race and it was great. But I would say Home Town Suites of Red Roof is the worst facility I have ever been to that was infested with roaches

Great area. Close to Charlotte and an easy drive in. There is a lot to do in and around Concord. Definitely worth a trip. Check out the Botanical Gardens at UNC Charlotte. Even in Autumn it was a very nice place to visit.
Easy access to house. Great beds and very comfortable. House was very clean. Kitchen was fulll of cooking wares, utensils, herbs, and paper towels. Very quiet neighbohood. Love the laundry! Overall great place to stay and relax! I would use the house again the future! Definitely beats a hotel!

I was not always given maid service when I asked for it.
The wifi was awful and I couldn't stay connected to it. I had to ask the staff for the boardroom wifi and even then I could only use it in the reception area.
The property was 10 time better than a hotel 11 out of 10 will DEFINITELY book again. So quiet, so comfortable, the host was the best. Our vacation was better than expected because of our stay here.
Nice staff. I was really worried based on the other reviews but it wasn't as bad as I expected. Obviously not the nicest hotel I've ever been in, but it was fine for a couple nights.
This was a nice hotel with a good location. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Since we like the Embassy brand, it seemed like a good choice.
