The bed and linens were fine. A new bathroom was nice. A fridge was in the room. The room was clean. The furniture matched and was comfortable.The lighting was fine. If you have a first floor room, you park very close to your door, so it is very easy to unload your car into your room. The people at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating. You have to ask if you want clean sheets or towels. I was happy not to be bothered with maid service every day, and I threw out my own garbage in a garbage can outside. I was there for 5 nights.

There was no breakfast, no pool, no exercise room!!! I understand there is a virus going on. But there should of been a breakfast voucher offered!!! We had to spend additional 50.00$ at the diner for the two nights we stayed. If not a breakfast voucher a lower price. $335.00 for two night to stay in the suburbs was ridiculous. They also gave me a room next to the exit door! Which slammed every time someone went through??? It was loud and it went on all night and early in the morning. Plus it was a place where people smoked, which both my husband and I are not smokers. It smelled terrible.
Site is undergoing a major renovation on the first floor but the hotel did a very good job at minimizing inconvenience for guests. Breakfast was a rather extensive continental breakfast considering the renovations were going on. All the staff was great - helpful, professional, and friendly. Room was very nice and very comfortable.
The room and bathroom was very clean, bed super comfortable! There was free coffee when we checked out. We did not expect coffee or breakfast. Amanda, the check out receptionist cleaned my travel cup so I could take my coffee on the road toward Boston! Amanda was really professional and kind!
Breakfast was ok - typical for motels in the US. At least they had some plain oatmeal a vegan could eat; some non-dairy milks would have been nice.
Room was nice and well kept. Lounge areas were kept up.
