The ladies at the front desk were helpful. This facility is very tired and has been repaired where needy in a quick and shoddy way. It is not an appealing place to stay. We found it noisy during the night with "workmen" or an "athletic team" going up and down the stairs carrying heavy loads and talking loudly.

Great hotel, clean rooms with kitchenettes and very friendly, helpful staff. Reanna was super kind, both when I arrived and when I checked out. She was also there when I stayed at this location a month prior and was just as nice. Made a huge difference after a long drive. Highly recommend.
The staff is doing a courageous job . The City of Colorado Springs should address the blight of abandoned restaurants around the hotel . The hotel is fine inside but this corner of Co Springs is destined for the chop - or some kind of urban blight existence . Don’t bring ur wife here ..
This place is the best hotel in Colorado Springs. You may pay a little more than other hotels but you won't find a better view, kitchen and comfortable beds anywhere else. We love this place!
Awesome location on the outskirts of Colorado Springs. Very clean. Small family owned and run hotel. We were moving and stopped here on the way to explore and ended up extending a day.
Great location! Breakfast was wonderful, and the beds were the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Colorado Springs.
Nicely located in a peaceful neighborhood, 10 minute drive from downtown Colorado Springs.
Breakfast included, very fair for the money.
Amazing staff! Extra helpful and friendly :)
Cheap rates and close access to all of Colorado Springs, right next to a gas station and Park. Also, Renae was great and very helpful through the 8 days I was there.
Place of location where this hotel is. We could easily access Colorado Springs attractions from here. All of them were like 10-15 minutes away from this location.
