We had car trouble while we were in town.
We had car trouble while we were in town. Folks in town offered to help, including having one of their employees drive my wife to Longview (22 miles) to pick up a rental car, before the rental place closed, while I waited for the tow truck that had been dispatched.
We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant for lunch and The Spar restaurant and lounge for dinner. The fish and chips, that could actually be called halibut steaks and fries, were great. We would like to return to Cathlamet someday!
