Our first impression looking at it from the outside was subpar it looked like old worn out building. But as we entered the facility It was clean and well organized,up to date, and the room was spacious, and the location was good as it was less than 15 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was good, too, with eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits, and waffles.

Room had no lights when we arrived.
Toilet bowl had not been clean. Urine and hair on toilet bowl. Cleaned by hand with a Kleenex by staff.
In room phone never worked during our stay.
The TV controller did not work we had to use the buttons on the back of the TV.
The floor was not very clean.
There was gum stuck on two walls.
No smoking room, smells like marijuana everywhere in the building.

This place has all the amenities necessary for a longer-term stay. They are extremely pet friendly. The morning breakfast is excellent and includes hot options not just continental. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to stay and even store some additional food options. Large refrigerator and freezer.
The hotel staff were AMAZING and made sure we were able to be in a decent room. Also the breakfast was hot and the staff made sure the tables stayed clean in between guests. Mahendra, Bran, and the lady with glasses were SUPER helpful. They were pleasant in the morning and were very helpful with places to eat in the area.
I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This was the cleanest one I have stayed in the last chunk of years. I felt safe. The manager was extremely friendly when I was checking in. The rooms are great. Plenty of space and comfortable rooms.
