Super location. Really safe feel with staff on the entrance level, staff on the ground floor and lifts requiring key cards to the room floors. Really clean, great view, amazing location! Staff were so helpful and always available to answer any questions. Lovely gym. The pool services were closed at the time but it didn’t really impact us. Would highly recommend staying here!

One of the oldest and most historic US cities, Boston is known as ‘America’s Walking City’. In its heart, next to 18th-century Faneuil Hall, is Quince Market - a food haven. The nearby seaport offers whalewatching trips and restaurants serving a Boston speciality: lobster with melted butter.
The streets south of the peaceful Charles River in Back Bay are lined with Victorian brownstone houses. At the downtown end of one – Beacon Street – is the Cheers bar, modelled on the 80s sitcom. Opposite is Boston Common, a large park with a bronze sculpture celebrating the book ‘Make Way for Ducklings’. The golden dome of the House of Representatives is by the other end.
The oldest part is Charlestown and streets around the Bunker Hill obelisk still feature old-style gas lamps, though now they are electric. Over in Cambridge, Harvard is the USA’s oldest and most prestigious university. The campus is open to the public, as is Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), whose central point is an emblematic, Pantheon-like building.
Sport in Boston is also a big thing, with the Celtics and Red Sox among the city’s big name teams.
The largest New England city, Boston has the perfect size for walking and cycling. Logan International Airport is connected by public transport to Boston hotels, motels, apartments and B&Bs.
Boston is such a fun city! It's clean and the residents are fairly nice. There is a lot to do, from historical walking tours to whale watching cruises to amazing food. The public transportation is convenient and easy to use and navigate. There is a lot of greenspace to balance out the busy city feel.

Boston is a wonderful city and a fantastic destination for a trip. Avoid dedicated "sight-seeng" focused on the usual tourist-y things (Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, etc.) unless you are very much an American history buff. Instead, explore the neighborhoods of Boston on your own (The Waterfront, North End, Beacon Hill, Back Bay, The Seaport, …). They are lovely and each has it's own character and charm. There are endless things to do. Take in a game if you're interested in that, see a show, or do something else special (Shakespeare in the Park for example in the summer). The subway is a wonderful and efficient way to get everywhere and if you want to venture far beyond Boston itself, the commuter rail is equally good. There are lots of options for getting onto the water (ferries, water taxis, harbor tours, the Boston Harbor Islands, …, and visitors should take advantage of at least one. It's a great way to see the city. The recently renovated observation deck at the Prudential Tower is just excellent. Boston is a very welcoming and approachable city. You can explore confidently. It generally feels safe and clean and well maintained while oozing charm.

Boston is busy. Little to no parking around Harvard.
Boston is busy. Little to no parking around Harvard. Street parking but limited. Made it hard to get out and explore. The highways into downtown Boston or the coast were grid locked. We were unable to explore like we have other big cities. Next time we would Uber around or stay by the coast if that is where we planned on exploring.

It's a perfect city to walk around especially when the weather is good! We saw all the major attractions within 2-3 days. It is pretty expensive so self catering accomodation is a good option. Lolita's restaurant on Newbury Street is amazing and I would definitely go back there! For lunch on the go find a Tatte in Beacon Hill or Harvard Square they are delicious! We loved our Prudential Tower Experience! It gives you spectacular views of the city and helps you understand the layout of the city better. An evening walk or cycle along the Charles River is a must do. Also we loved our visit to the Museum of Fine Art and the Boston Library. If the weather turns wet head to the Prudential/ Copley Centre.

Boston is a beautiful & clean city!
Boston is a beautiful & clean city! Boston Public Garden was amazing! We enjoyed navigating downtown Boston on the Freedom Trail. There is plenty of parking in the downtown area, roadside or garages. We especially enjoyed the restaurants & bakeries in the North End. We had a great visit to the Franklin Zoo. We did not use the Public Transit System, but drove & parked in downtown. We walked everywhere from there. I would like to try the Transit next time.
Stayed here for ten days on our first visit to Boston from the UK and all I can say is what a fabulous hotel. Staff were so friendly and looked after us so well. Location was perfect - central to the City and 2 minute walk to Downtown Crossing tube station which linked you to the whole Boston area. Very clean, lots of shampoo, soap, shower gel and snacks. Coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. Easy check in and wer so amenable with a later checkout - even ordered us an UBER after the taxi didn't turn up.
We love staying here after long flights. The harbor view from the room was spectacular. The rooms are huge and comfy. The restaurant is excellent. The staff are super-friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very close to the airport with a continuous shuttle service. I you want, the water taxi to downtown Boston is right outside the door.
It's not exactly cheap, but the price is quite reasonable considering the room, view, location and restaurant.
(See photo for the view from our room.)
With a few exceptions, airport hotels are utilitarian at best. The Hyatt at Boston Harbor is a wonderful hotel that is at a major airport. The staff is great, rooms are very comfortable, and the public areas inviting. The restaurant has a small menu but the food is very good and they have a nice wine list, reasonably priced. This was our second stay at the Hyatt and it was just as good as the first visit.
I always choose to stay here whenever I’m in Boston. It’s my number one. The staff always look after me . It feels like home m with a great location just in the edge of the busy beacon hill district. The location is great and service wonderful and you can walk anywhere in Boston from back bay to the park. Lovely comfortable rooms. Great feel to the hotel in a small boutique way. Highly Recommended …
The hotel was centrally located in downtown Boston with access to most of the central city. The room was modern and equipped with two comfortable queen-sized beds. The lift, when it arrived, travelled very quickly. On 17th floor, we had good views of the City and rooftop bar. Our luggage was stored at no cost both on arrival and departure.
I had the most phenomenal view of the Back Bay skyline all from the comfort of my bed. After a sound sleep in my comfy king bed, I sipped my coffee in bed while enjoying the best views in Boston. 5 stars in my book and only a quarter of the cost of other hotels in the city. Will definitely be staying again.
The Hotel is well located close enough (walking distance) to the the South Boston train station and Boston downtown and major attractions near the downtown area. A subway station entrance is just a few meters away from the hotel door. Room is big and comfortable with a very big TV and nice bathroom.
Its in the almost downtown area of Boston. You can walk anywhere and in the heart of Chinatown. I was expecting a boring quiet hotel, but this place has life, community, spunk and culture. It talked about Boston. Beds are okay, but overall experience blew my mind away. No wonder it has good ratings.
Compared to other Boston hotels good pricing. There is a free shuttle running to the airport (will drop you off at train station - blue line which takes you directly to the city center- upon request) and complimentary breakfast.
Walking to train station takes about 20 min.
Great location, both close to the airport and the city. Room was very generous in size. Good selection for breakfast. Helpful staff. The complimentary hot chocolate at reception was an added bonus! We are regular visitors to Boston and this hotel is always our first choice.
Very nice hotel in Boston’s South End/Back Bay. Modern decor. Very comfortable room with large bed and flat screen TV. Good location close to Back Bay T station. Allowed me to check in early. Good value for money in an expensive city.
The service was great and the overall hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Right in the heart of downtown Boston and close to public transportation, restaurants, monuments, the Freedom trail, and other great neighborhoods.
Perfect hotel to stay after/before a long flight. The airport shuttle service works perfectly (note: it can also drop you by the blue line station to downtown Boston), and the breakfast and bar services provide many food options.
We stayed as close to airport and relatively cheap price for Boston. Hotel is very basic but ok for a functional stay. It was clean and shuttle bus very handy. I would recommend if you are only using it to sleep.
Hotel was in a great location, right next to most of downtown Boston attractions. Room was much bigger than expected, easily accommodated all of us as well as our extra guest. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
This hotel is in walking distance of main shopping street and 15 mins to downtown Boston. Close to subway stops and a good supermarket. MIT probably within walking distance across the nearby bridge.
The hotel was located in a great part of the city. Very close to the waterfront and to downtown Boston. It was easy for us to walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Luxurious casino hotel on the Mystic River. Lots of amenities and a great casino. Rooms are beautiful. Rates are good. And a nice amenity is free ferry to downtown Boston.
