We went to a wonderful little restaurant called Willow Creek Grill and a wonderful hike the following morning close to a golf course that provided a view of the city. Great for the dog before continuing on the road that day. Loved Boise.

Boise is a nice place.
Boise is a nice place. It’s easy to drive around the city without stressing. Downtown is a fun area with lots of restaurants and shops. I recommend the Birds of Prey Sanctuary. It’s a few miles out but not very far at all. Definitely worth visiting.

The staff was adequate.
The staff was adequate. We first noticed the puke on the carpet as we got out of the elevator. Called the front desk and they informed us they knew of it but hadn't had time to deal with it. Understandable. Hours later they still hadn't. GROSS!!!! They weren't THAT busy! Half full at best guess. Had broken glass on the bathroom floor. The shower had good water pressure but was almost impossible to reset the temperature to a comfortable setting. Either you froze or got scalded. Stayed for several days and never received any fresh towels, Called the front desk to request more They gave us two towels. We were a party of three. There are plenty of cheaper flea-bitten hotels to stay at for less money for the level of comfort and price they charged.. Also, their web page boast of an on-site restaurant, THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. The breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, no cereal, eggs, nor meat of any kind. basically great if you want to eat waffles and nothing else. Overall a disappointing experience for the money we paid. If I could give a minus Number for a review I would do so. Stay at a Holiday Inn Express and save yourself the grief.

Easy to get around Boise.
Easy to get around Boise. Lots of places to eat, both casual and more fancy. Lots of outdoor activities available. Weather was great (a little hot though). Nice downtown area with shops. Capitol building is cool. Lots of breweries. Lots of outdoor seating. Seemed like all of the roads were being resurfaced while we were there. Only negative.

We live in Idaho, about 2 ½ hours from Boise.
We live in Idaho, about 2 ½ hours from Boise. Boise is great! There is always something to do for everyone. The local parks are incredible, great dining options, nearby hiking trails, and an abundance of things to see and do while visiting.
You can reach downtown in just 10 minutes by bus from the hotel, and it is at a walkable distance of less than 20 from the very center of the city. Besides, the hotel has a very nice swimming pool + hot tub combo that has made my day when coming back in the evening after walking + sightseeing or working. But, what I have really appreciated is the kindness of the girls at reception. They have been nice, attentive and very reachable at all times.
very clean hotel, friendly staff large room (we had a suite), by far the best breakfast we had (we started 3 weeks ago in Vancouver via Yellowstone), wifi connection excellent, bathroom and amenities bery good, microwave cooking facilities, we arrived after long drive from Grand Teton NP, so long drive with 2 kids, felt like coming home. Kids enjoyed everything and especially the breakfast. Very nice coffee.
The room and bed were very big and comfortable and clean to start with. The TV was very big and had Netflix which I liked. Also, the room had a microwave which was awesome. I haven't seen this in many hotels, even 4* or more. The location is very good, within a walking distance to all restaurants etc in Boise. The staff was nice and accommodating too.
The house was clean and comfortable. Very easy booking and entry was smooth. I am so glad we booked this instead of a hotel. We have 6 children and being in a house for our vacation was sooo much better than a hotel. Everything we needed was there. I will definitely be booking again if we ever return to Boise!!! Five stars.
Room was quiet, comfortable and close to fitness center, breakfast and pool. Bed was decent and the room temp was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, good choices and pleasant eating space. The hotel is located conveniently close to shopping and restaurants; good parking. Friendly and helpful desk staff.
.Everything! The staff, the breakfast, the room and the absolutely GREAT food and cocktails at the bar. Best cocktails in town and this is a cocktail town.
The staff goes above and beyond ...very friendly and helpful. I travel to Boise several times per year and this is my new "go to" hotel.
I liked the central location to all-things downtown Boise and access to the airport. The staff and valet were extremely friendly. I also tend to prefer smaller, boutique hotels -- so, this was a preferably spot for me in comparison to other bigger, name brand varieties.
This was the third time we have stayed at this property. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and all areas of the hotel are clean, and there are no signs of deferred maintenance. The walkability to the core of downtown Boise and the capitol building is great.
new hotel, very clean and nice. room design is top notch and very well thought out. the location is great and the staff are some of the best I have ever seen. saw a different person each day and night and they were all great and super helpful.
We usually stay at this hotel when we are in Boise. Close to the airport and central to everything in the area. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. Staff was always very nice and helpful.
Was close to Boise downtown. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well. Playground across the street for kids.
Good breakfast. Staff at breakfast was helpful and they kept all foods well stocked. Perfect location for us to easily get to other destinations in Boise.
