You screwed up my reservation and the hotel didn't get it we had a confirmation number but it was never sent to hotel. and I spend an hour at 3am with hotel.com phone support to find out you system screwed up and I had to pay higher price out of pocket and lose an hour of sleep.i even made you email me so I have proof of your scree up

Staff was great. We were uncomfortable the first night because of an issue with the air conditioning and were upgraded at no charge. My 3 year old son called the front desk a few times and all the staff were so cute and sweet with him. We especially appreciated Jessica who helped us extend our stay. Definitely recommend!

The bus stop was across the hotel. Took me literally 11 mins to get to Manhattan. The hotel room was comfortable and quiet. I loved the breakfast omelet . I enjoyed my stay in here .

The staff was nice the area was nice but when i walked in the room i make sure i look around to check for cleanliness etc and to my surprise i found a roach in between the sheets immediately got out that room requested another room got switched to another room and it was fine but this room needs maintenance there’s alot of rotten area and molds throughout the room for the price they charge it should be a little more clean other than that everything else

Nice big basement apartment with spacious living room, oversized TV, functional kitchen, large dining room table, comfortable couch and chair, a nice bed and a big chest of drawers. Appreciated the tin of shortbread cookies and the collection of mini chocolate bars. Host Eli was very welcoming and explained everything very clearly. He was friendly, helpful, and available at all times while I was there.
Thus was an excellent accommodation. The area was just like I like it, nice and quiet.So very convenient and comfortable. This is my second time staying here and
every time I visit NJ, this is where I'll be staying!
