Kevin and his team were very accommodating and responsive to all our needs.
The hotel has clean rooms with a balcony, bathrooms are up to date and very clean too. Staff were very supportive in all our queries.
The rooftop restaurant is very beautiful, a wonderful place to work during the day, and to relax for entertainment in the evening.
The hotel's location is also very accessible to the main road and to the city.
Overall we had a great stay, worth going back or recommending to others and definitely good value for money.

The best personnel were Frank at the Mist Bar, Neckson and Joshua at Explorer. Reception is very slow and not really engaged. It is as if they are bored. WLAN very poor and not working most of the time or just intermittently. . The room requires maintenance and updating, especially the electrical sockets made of plastic.
The Tilapia was very good. The gift of one wine bottle appreciated but no note.
