I feel here like In cheapest Soviet times motel.

They asked prepayment, but it was no info about it in application.
I came late to hotel. I find very very bad hotel and ask to return money.

I went in September/October so some of the days were a bit cold for just a stroll around the city but there were some mild days. Everyone i met was polite and friendly and i never felt unsafe at any time there. It was a nice time for me and the place i stayed was very central to everything.
It was a relaxing stay i would do it again. If you speak the language i can imagine it would be even better unfortunately my knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian was a bit limited.
The staff is somewhat ready to help. The hotel's manager named Anastasia can be of real help and is really client-oriented. The staff in bar/restaurant is of great help and assistance!
