The host Natalia and also her staff were very helpful and friendly. They let you feel like home. Rooms very clean, location perfect, food very good. The breakfast was good, in addition to chosen breakfast option you can enjoy a buffet. Friendly and helpful personnel. Clean nice room with the balcony. Good selection of spa facilities. I did not tick the option for "romantic stay" not beacuse it was not good, just nothing particularly romantic, at least in winter.

It’s a lovely resort that starts with the beautiful and friendly reception area and welcoming atmosphere experienced during our stay. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was very good, fresh and on time. The location of the hotel is great. Beautiful facilities including a recently opened 15-meter outdoor pool complimented by the indoor pool and spa. Our room was very nice and well equipped with all of the essentials and a fantastic mountain view.
