Two young employees of the hotel even made sure that I didn't have to go to bed hungry after my already very late arrival. The receptionist went into the kitchen at 11pm to make me some toast with grilled cheese and sausage. I hadn't eaten much all day and this toasts were literally lifesavers.
Breakfast was very good.

The Hotel staff were always responding massages that I was asking to them before our stay, so this was the first pleasant moment. They organized a transfer from/to airport, the madam on the reception was very kind and attentive to my son. Everything that she did was just amazing. I recommend it to everybody who needs a safe stay and no stress during your trip.
We missed a connecting flight in Kiev and a local friend recommended this hotel. They were so kind and helpful. The receptionist was charming and had organised us a lovely light dinner as we arrived so late. The beds were extremely comfortable. It’s very close to the airport.
