Nice location, close to the airport. Great bed, nice shower and a lot of facilities. Also got a nice cookie on check-in. Food in restaurant and bar is good, with very nice red wine by the glass (not expensive!).

Van is a charming city located in the eastern part of Turkey and is in close proximity to the Iranian border. It serves as a popular destination for many people who travel from Iran by car for short holidays and shopping trips. What makes Van especially appealing is the availability of numerous Turkish franchise brands, allowing visitors to enjoy reliable and affordable shopping experiences, often at lower prices compared to Istanbul. Additionally, the city boasts a wide range of excellent restaurants and delicious cuisine, surpassing the quality and affordability of many establishments in Istanbul. I highly recommend Van to anyone seeking an affordable and enjoyable travel experience in Turkey.

Van is a small city with big potential to grow as it has been grown in recent years.despite the presence of many police officers(which is called çevik kuvvet) ,the city is calm and people are friendly.i think 3-4 days would be enough to visit the museum, castle, lake, beach or even shopping

We liked Van because it is not a tourist destination for Europeans and is an ordinary, bustling Turkish city. The people in Van are very friendly and were always starting up conversations despite the limited English language skills. The food is excellent and the fruit and veg available in the markets is fresh and great quality. The lake and surrounding countryside is quite stunning and there are some very interesting places to visit.
My friend and I stayed there for one night. The staffs were super friendly, and they can speak Turkish, Farsi and Kurdish. The room was clean and decent. The hotel location is perfect; you can walk to the main street (Cumhuriyet Caddesi) in 2 minutes/100 meters, and you can walk to the Van AVM in 6 minutes/500 meters. The breakfast was served on the 5th level, and it was acceptable.
I‘d say this hotel offers an excellent value at the price. Also my room was spacious…
Sure, the hotel isn‘t the newest, and some things could do with a little upgrading - but frankly it didn‘t matter much.
Most of all, the staff were all superbly helpful and very friendly.
Also the hotel is in an excellent location if you‘d want to see a bit of the city of van.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. My room was superb; fabulous bathroom with a huge balcony! All the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Especially the two hotel managers who helped me organise a reliable driver for sightseeing. Great facilities - including a nice swimming pool area. Amazing breakfast.
Cleanliness top notch too. Highly recommend!
From the entrance, well decorated boutique hotel. The location is near center. There are stores, restaurants, sweet shops,etc... near by. The room is spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is a nice bar, cafe and restaurant in this hotel. Not everyone speaks English, but all of them are very helpful. I would love to stay this hotel again
Amazing host. This is a great area of turkey which is very underrated getting by with just English isn’t easy but the host was kind enough to also act as my translator and get me on to the right minibus etc. the room is very clean and spacious and furnished like a local home with washing machine and all the amenities. The photos don’t do it justice.
Everything is good for the price paid. The attitude of the staff is very good. Of course, there are some shortcomings in the performance, which I hope will be solved by training the staff. The rooms on the upper floors have a better view than other rooms. Access to the main streets is easy. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel.
The apartment was lovely and big. It had everything we needed and good to be able to spread out for a change. Great to have a washing machine and parking. Easy walk to the bazaar. Easy drive to the Van Castle and Old Van. Suat was responsive and very helpful. Google translate came in handy.
Staff were attentive, friendly (especially Daria), and highly professional, evidently with years of experience in hospitality. The location of the hotel was also ideal. The aircon was perfect. The room felt clean. Starbucks coffee is an asset.
The Hotel is Wonderfull place and the owner was so kind. the property was so clean and we liked it. Every thing was perfect. I will go surely to the hotel and I recommend it to my friends.
I liked everything about this hotel. Very reasonable price for a superb and professionally run place. The management is second to none for similar hotels in eastern Turkey.
It was clean and came with breakfast. The hotel manager was really helpful. If you needed a tour or directions of places to visit or eat he all the recommendations.
This was a modern, conveniently located, top-shelf hotel in every way. The accommodations were luxurious & super clean, and the breakfast was outstanding.
