Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I liked that the apartment had modern finishes, and was clean and tidy. The air-con worked well for the heat and there were multiple charging points for my family to make use of. The host was also very attentive and provided lift access for my parents. A note that there still is one short flight of stairs but totally bearable. We had a terrace with lovely views of the surroundings. The location was also in walking distance of the green mosque and multiple convenience stores and eating places to choose from. It was a bit of a struggle via public transport to get to the apartment, but that’s no fault to the host. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer

Room was super clean staff super friendly close to city center Breakfast was amazing.
Great place for walking or in season skiing. Close enough to Istanbul to drive in and if you don't want to stay on Uludag where accommodation is quite expensive, Bursa is close by. You can drive up ( although not recommend in winter) or use the cable way( Teleferik). Plenty of ski lifts available on top.

beautiful scenery and well maintained & cleaned. Ski lifts were modern and well maintained ... the lift passes worked easily. ski slopes well groomed and varied. We would look for a B&B or half board arrangement on our next visit to allow us to maximise our skiing experience, enjoy a more casual time & enjoy more diverse cuisine.

Great location during December/January. Very convenient for families. Rooms and open areas excellent. Only problem was the wi-fi. No wi-fi in rooms and very poor in open areas. For a hotel of such rating, they should seriously improve on the wi-fi.
the location is central of the ski area, just back door of the hotel. breakfast, lunch and dinner serves variety of Turkey cuisine. heated pool is also nice during winter. even though the staff barely speaking english but from concierge, reception, ski utilities staff and restaurant staff provide exceptional and outstanding services to us. Mr. Tahsin Bagceci from the restaurant gave us extraordinary services during our breakfast, lunch and dinner during out stay. our family ski holiday was totally awesome during our first trip to Turkey.
Ulukardesler Otel is like a journey back in time with it's decor and the resort in general, but we liked that it was old fashioned and traditional. The location is literally ski in ski out and everyone was super helpful with everything. The bar area is very agreeable for evenings with decent wifi and friendly bar staff. Car parking is easy outside the hotel and we hired a car from Istanbul airport to make the very pleasant journey up to Uludag in 4 hours.

The hotel is located right in front of the ski lift. The staff were amazing and very sincere in addressing any questions and requests, cant thank them enough for making our stay perfect. The food was very good.
