Amazing tranquil location. It was so therapeutic to hear the water flowing and be surrounded by mountains. The owners and the workers went above and beyond in kindness and consideration. The bedroom and balcony was luxurious, great shower. We love walking and were delighted to walk part way up Kartepe mountain to the glass platform. ( A long and steep walk, we didn’t see anyone else doing it) Fantastic restaurants in the immediate vicinity in glorious scenery. Marsukiye is unique and quite magical.

It's a very sweet family B&B. The rooms are clean and have a fresh atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious and various. It used to be a weekend home for the family that now runs it as a small hotel. It's not luxurious, but it's comfortable. The chef is very good, I loved the food. Instead of going to the bungalow houses in the vicinity. I definitely come to this hotel every time I travel, where the staff and owners are friendly.

A quiet city, not very far from Istanbul, perfect for families and couples who wants to relax and disconnect from the loudness of working/living in big cities. The restaurants along the lake are great, and of course, if you are in shape, do not hesitate to rent a bike and take a tour.

It’s cosy, right beside the lake, fabulous view from room, nice cafe and restaurant in the open area of hotel with the fantastic view of river, swimming pool is nice and garden is beautiful to take photos. We stayed in suite, quite small, sitting area in room is more looks office. Good place to relax. No sound and relaxing area.
Excellent hotel with great facilities and wonderful atmosphere. The staff are very kind and helpful, and would do anything to make you comfortable in your stay which is mainly there goal that is shown in the name “wellness Spa”. The Spa is really good and by following the steps provided in the guide you will feel all new. The Turkish Bath was clean, very nice, well maintained, and the prices for the extra services are a catch. I would like to thanks all the staff and Mr. Sebahattin for everything.

Best breakfast service ever in a hotel. The breakfast policy here is amazing. The breakfast is freshly made just for you and the service is ready for you from early morning till 2 pm. I like the location and the amazing view on the lake. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I would definitely come here every time I come to Sapance and would recommend it for 1 or 2 people stays.

The family who are owning the property they are very kind and helpful.
The breakfast made by them and every morning at 10:00 they will knock the door to take it, it’s the same everyday but it was very tasteful.

The spa is the highlight of our trip. It was my first time trying Turkish Bath and it was so good and relaxing! the massage was really good too. staff are so helpful and friendly. The lake view from our room is amazing. We took the half board option, the food is delicious and the selections are many! Highly recommended!

Its like your own home and it's near to Sapanca pool 5 mintes walking only. There Was balcony in our flat with two chairs and table it's nice to take breakfast in that one.
