Mudanya is a nice little city located at the Marmara sea. It's located directly at the sea. Unfortunately swimming is prohibited for most of the cost line. You need to find private beach clubs like Pacha beach. For 100 TRY/person you'll get a beach lounger and a sunshade if you like. You'll find a lot of restaurants all over the place. Prices vary from door to door. Ask for the menu to get an overview.
Be prepared that even in restaurants and hotels most people don't speak English or only poorly. On the other hand most of them are quite familiar with using translator apps on their mobiles. :-)
The hotel staff is amazing. I feel special service and kindness from them and I have to come back one day. The hotel is distinguished from the inside and my room was very good and the elevator was fast. I loved this hotel and wish it continued success.
It was a superb experience! The hotel is managed by a very friendly guy who shared some very good recommendations with regards our stay. All staff was friendly, very good breakfast, rooms were very clean and spacious.

The hotel is modest, no complaints. Enough to spend one night when moving from Istanbul to Izmir. The room is clean, bright and large enough.
