The most expressive thing about the hotel is the guest relation. They called me on the second day of my stay and asked if everything was ok with my room and other things in the hotel. So it's really appreciated that they are ready to fix whatever is broken if such thing exists or help with any hotel facility. Also they called before check out to ask if everything was ok and what can they do better.

Everything. It was the best time to come. It's the end of the season. Not many holiday makers about. It was nice and peaceful. We had the beach to ourselves. Snorkeling everyday. Bliss. We're definitely coming back. Thanks for everything 👍😍😁

There are nothing in Kizilagac region, no bar, no disco no nightclub at all, so if you are going to that region, you need to stay inside your hotel. the closest area that you can have some dinner or drinks in the evening is 20 kms away (20-25 min. by taxi).

The mini bus was with conditioner. On our way back the journey was exactly as Booking.com predicted. Though there was one mistakes which we realised only in the airport. The driver brought us into Terminal 1, which was says at Booking.com and we did not checked ourself against the boarding card… so please check on your tickets which Terminal you need to go. Otherwise I am happy that I booked transport via Booking.com - informative, accurate, good value for money. Thanks.

A wonderful resort run most efficiently at all levels. All the staff were extremely helpful and always served us with a smile. Resort was very clean and well decorated. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. A good range of food and drinks were served at all areas to a very high standard. Resort offers numerous activities for all age groups. The pool was spacious and was not crowded during our stay.
In addition, we were most impressed with the hands-on attitude from the top management, led by the General manager and reception team. They were there to insure a pleasant holiday for the clients; most impressive.
All the staff at the restaurant looked after us well, but our especial thanks to Uhmurt Arsland, Ali Kerageld and Kadir for their exceptional attention to our needs. They were truly magnificent. Well done team. An outstanding family holiday resort in Antalya.

Hotel is beautiful, pools and rooms are great. But even if we paid all amount of money, they didnt see that when we arrive the hotel. Sowe had a big problem on check-in and the staff was very rude at the beginning. This is our second holiday in this property but this one was a bit of a disappointment. But i have to say that animation team and restaurant, bar team were awesome.

Friendly staff. Various tasty food. We liked sweets and grilled meats and veggies. We had something to enjoy every day.
Nice swimming pools, our 2 year old loved the elephant pool. We even skipped the sea most of days. Pools were more than enough for us. We enjoyed the views though.
I would have given it 8 or even less if the facilities were just limited to Sunrise resort hotel but being able to avail everything at Starlight made it worth the price and even exceeded expectations.
There are a plethora of restaurants to enjoy from and the entertainment (called as animation in Turkish) events were amazing!
Nice beach with nice pier, nice pool. Very clean. The room was comfortable. Overall I was satisfied. A lot of facilities, I didn't even visit them all. One night, there was a performance by a fantastic band on the main stage, which was a very pleasant surprise. I didn't expect this level of performance at a resort hotel.
It looks like old Spanish or Italian cozy town. But inside the hotel is fashionable and well equipped. Food I tried, was average for Turkey but good!!! Let’s say that the hotel is done like a good European hotel, and my personal rating is not 4 stars, 4 + or closer to 5 star …
