I would never recommend this hotel to any one. Mainly because of there reason that they are not fair in the dealing. They charged me extra on my booking and never reimbursed the amount. Even after multiple reminder.

Most tourist didn't know that Cappadocia and Gerome is at Kayseri. I already promote to my friends to come and visit Kayseri city centre. There is a lot of interesting places to visit and delicious Turkish Food like pashtirma and manti. In Kayseri also, got village that under UNESCO.
If you want to play skii or snowboarding, it much cheaper to play at Mount Erciyes. We really enjoy it.

Great Skiing for all levels and all the members of the family. Excellent Emergency Services at the Skiing Resort and the Kayseri Arastrıma Hastanesi ( Kayseri Goverment Research Hospital ) was very good. People in Kayseri are very friendly and they have an amazing Skiing school run by the Municipality with affordable lessons and equipment for beginners of all ages. 7 Year old boy dropped him off at 13:00 and picked him at 16:00 skis ski boots, helmet, ski passes provided by the Skiing school for 4 days was around 350 TL. Pastırma was excellent. The food was nice. Very happy with Kayseri and its not very far from the Magical Land of Fairy Chimneys of Ürgüp; Göreme, Capadoccia. Amazing balloon rides for the family. A lot of fun. We look forward to going back at the first opportunity. I do not think there are any "ok" restaurants in Kayseri, they were all fantastic. the bread tastes very nice.

This is a very nice place to stay if you're going to ski at Erciyes or visit Kappadokya.
I strongly recommend going to Goreme as it's fantastically beautiful! And, of course, try winter sports at Erciyes!

Nice and cheap place to go for visiting Cappadocia and mount Erciyes skiing. The skiing rental was very cheap, we spend around £30 for two people for everything including ski rentals and ski lift. Locals are very friendly and helpful but barely speak english, so have a translate app always handy.

was very quick because I could catch the subway just by 3 to 4 minute walk.
Fruits in Kayseri that I like most, particularly
yellow cherry, oh it was simply delicious and the plentiful fruit I used to eat after my dinner at Radidon Blu is simply awesome, I loved it!
It was a really good location close to the airport. The breakfast was included and the staff were very friendly. The hotel manager was really helpful especially in terms of getting me and my partner on a hot air balloon flight. He went out of his way to get us a booking and even drove us to Cappadocia at 4 am. Really grateful and happy with the stay!
I came to Kayseri to go skiing at Erciyes. I wanted a hotel in city centre so that I can go to the mountain with a local bus that is 15 minutes away from the hotel. Room was big and warm, bed comfortable, all appliances working, everything clean, breakfast good, staff very helpful and friendly.
We stayed overnight prior to early flight.
Hotel is excellent location, near to airport and town. We were able to access local area for food.
Staff were very accommodating. They booked a taxi for us, in the early hours.

The welcoming, the space, the help from reception for a wake up call, wjen my alarm was not working. The location next to the hotel there some places to visit, a ùall to shop and eat and not far from the airport 15 min by taxi but i am sure u can find a bus too. The view..
It's a great location if you need to be close to the airport. I didn't find much to do or nice restaurants to go to but I was there only for a night so it was that bad. The room was very nice, clean and bed was great.
It was really a nice place. The location was great, 7 mins to the Kayseri airport. They helped me with taxi at midnight and gave us 2 free bottle of water when We were leaving. I’ll definately stay there again
It's a pretty decent hotel for the money spent. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. 10 mins drive from the airport and 10 mins walk to the local shops/ restaurants.
