We stayed in Mersin for one night, and were initially a little concerned booking this hotel after reading mixed reviews.
I’m pleased to say we needn’t have worried. We were greeted warmly despite our late night arrival at very short notice. A car parking space was provided, and our luggage helpfully taken to our rooms by the staff member at Reception. There doesn’t appear to a lift in the hotel, but that wasn’t a problem for us.
The room was clean, quiet and functional, and we had a good night’s sleep. We’d booked a non-smoking double room, and received one with a double bed, and 2 singles.
Free breakfast was included in the booking price. There was an adequate selection of cereal, bread, the usual Turkish cheeses, meat and salad. And a delicious soup.
Staff were attentive throughout the stay.

The reason I give them a low rating is that they persistently and despite my insistence refuse to issue me an invoice for the stay even though I paid directly to the hotel.

Firstly, the hotel room would have been 515 TL instead of the 1,000 I paid in advance on Booking. Better to get when there.
Nothing at all of interest. Even the only attraction, the 25 minute boat ride, was only 15 minutes including setting off and tying up. No beach.
No reason to be in Mersin. I ate the normal shish meal I often get but here the chicken still had bones in it!

Excellent location, price and services. I was given a free upgrade room to suit our infant baby, this was an amazing unexpected gift. the price was reasonable considering the short notice we booked. cheers guys

Mersin was an interesting commercial port town well worth a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our couple days there. We didn't see another tourist-type visitor during our entire time there! We feel like we discovered it!

Mersin is not a touristic place. No sightseeings at all.
Mersin is not a touristic place. No sightseeings at all. Only the long embankment is beautiful. We stood in this city only because we need an intermediate stop from Kappadokia to Antalya. However there are a lot of interesting places along the road to Antalya. But nothing in the city. Also difficult to find a good restaurant (we finally did).

All, i liked all and all the facilities in the hotel, first time a hotel gives a tast of the home, very nice and great staff, the hotel is unbelievably clean and new, great location, just next to the Mersin Forum Mall, the price is reasonable, good breakfast, i would recommend Forum Suite Otel for whoever is wondering to stay in Mersin regardless of the purpose of the visit. And this will be my place from now on,😁
the best hotel in Mersin. I book regular room but they upgrade me to sea view room for free. it become like my home in Mersin and whenever I book they always make sure that they go beyond my room expectation. The hotel manager become my friend and he ensure always that my stay is comfortable. thank you Divan for the amazing service and hospitality.
Morning view is wonderful. Apartment is clean, comfortable. We had everything for washing machine and dishwasher, lots of dishes, etc.
Small grocery stores, restaurants are next to the house and Forum in 10 minutes walking. It's very convenient to get to and from the airport.

The staff are wonderful. Receptionist Zainab was extremely helpful. The bellboy was very willing to help and most polite.
Breakfast was most delicious and the restaurant staff were so responsible and respectful. Fresh food cooked and fresh fruits and produce.
We definitely will visit again if pass by Mersin again.
It was an amazing retreat. Not a typical all inclusive low grade resort that are seen around the country, but a real gem.
The hotel is super nice, located in mountains, and surrounded by orange gardens that create incredible aroma when mixed with pines.

The Hilton in Mersin is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms with beautiful rooms. Perfect place to relax. Everybody I met were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend the Hilton for business or pleasure travel.

This is probably the only and the best apart hotel in Mersin. The building is new, the rooms are clean. It has a swimming pool and the location is close to the bus stop. The rooms are cleaned daily.
