Waiting 20 min for the bread and having a cold egg in the end, was not as expected. But the location was beautiful, at least we enjoyed the view whilst waiting for our never coming bread.

Initially arriving you may be put off by the shabby rooms but actually you will fall in love with the pros of the pool and beach area (no sand) . The food was ok always lots of salads and then usually a veggie choice and a meat option with rice or pasta . Free local alcohol and Fanta / coke all day. Staff were amazing and helpfull. The place just needs some tlc and paint but for the price you really can’t complain.
The views were absolutely amazing; we had the basic room option and got a breathtaking view from the room. A la carte restaurants are excellent, very tasty and good variety of choice. The Greek restaurant with seafood is really great! The pools and amenities are good.
The massage and peeling by Shakheda were absolutely amazing! We liked the spa, the room, the design of the hotel!

I have been in a lot of 5 stars hotels but Lujo was my best experience so far! Everything was so perfect, the food , the beaches , all areas were so clean , the setting is out of this world.. the entertainment at night was fun! My favorite restaurant was Gaia.The staff were amazing and so friendly! For sure i will be back next summer! 10 plus
Best all inclusive hotel I ever stayed in. The staff is so friendly, the food is delicious, the events were so cool. Great afterparty! The hospitality was beyond my expectations. I will go back for sure! Special thanks to our guest assistants Özge and Ebru as well as Sri Wahyu my masseuse with magical hands. Everything was absolutely perfect!
Everything the hotel really has changed the market, such a nice place, the restaurants, bars, entertainment and staff where on another level. Just want to say a huge shout out to Aylar and Niloofar who looked after us the whole time we were there, they really made out holiday extra special by going above and beyond for us
The hotel was good overall in terms of location , layout and facilities . It was all inclusive and the food was amazing . The staff were nice and welcoming and tried to put us at ease all the time despite the language barrier .
There was daily shows at night which were very entertaining (. We loved the firestorm show )

I had a problem during my check in and check out, I was not happy at all with stuff in the hotel, except one person I meet him in last minute when were leaving the hotel, his name Emer in the front desk
