Set in beautiful and well maintained gardens. Quiet corner of the town where you could be ignorant of the bustle elsewhere. Breakfast terrace right next to beach with view of mountains behind the sea. Very good breakfast especially the freshly cooked omelette, freshly squeezed orange juice and Turkish yoghurt. Nice swimming pools with loungers and bar service and lovely outlook on gardens, bougainvillea draped hotel walls and mountains behind.
You could swim directly off the beach in front of the hotel or even more spectacularly off rocks a few hundred metres away
This hotel offers a cafe and accommodations with views of the Azmak River and Gokova Gulf from their balcony. It is located less than a 10-minute walk away from Akyaka Beach.

Friendly welcoming family run hotel. Breakfast was fresh beautiful & delicious especially for us as vegetarians. Room / balcony was private & super comfy and had all facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were all brilliant and fun despite language barrier and special shout out to the lovely Ezra who went above & beyond to help us with everything we needed. Thank you team Akya. You were fabulous.

The hotel is located in a quiet bay next to buzzy Akayka, there are only a handful of other hotels there, so the place is calm and peaceful. Breakfast was very good, lots of small plates to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful, although mostly does not speak English.
Located within 3 km of Cinar Beach and 32 km of Karacan Point Center, Limon Otel provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Akyaka.

Good location though but noisy at night because of the surrounding bars

If you need a full rest and recharge, this is the place.
If you need a full rest and recharge, this is the place. If in search of thrills and wild parties, you'll be disappointed. When the night comes, apart from Akyaka, there are no lights for as far as the eyes can see. One does not need a car to move around as it is tiny and cozy place. If you wish to go to the beaches outside Akyaka, there are always cabs, and they are not a rip off.

Hotel Baga is located just out of Akyaka town.
Hotel Baga is located just out of Akyaka town.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk into Akyaka. Or take a taxi which are inexpensive.
The area feels like it is in upmarket resort of about 4/5 hotels which all have excellent views of the sea, There are extensive sunbathing areas, some more private than others.
Akyaka town is a busy town with lots of eateries and bars too numerous to mention. We ate at a number of establishments. There are a number of high end bars which are very modern and still little bars/eateries that are more traditional. Something for everyone.
We did a Riverboat cruise (again) which was enjoyable and walked to the beach with the Windsurfers.
It was a little cold at night towards the end of September so take a jacket (just in case)
We visited Delli Memet for cocktails etc. Lovely set of servers who were very attentive and respectful.
We also visit a lovely restaurant just off the beach in Akyaks, very near to Yuculin Hotel. Where you overlook the kayaks in the sea; we have been there a few times and the food is lovely. You can then walk along the boardwalk towards where the boats are moored.

Beautiful little town, excellent restaurants. We were the only British there and everyone was so helpful translating menus. Or used google translation. The river is absolutely beautiful. Wouldn't recommend weekends as extremely busy with turkiah families having weekend away

Beautiful charming town with river Azmak and unique architecture. Excellent location with a good climate.
There is a variety of restaurants with local and international cuisine.
Besides local beach there are few great bays 15 minutes away by foot.
If you are into kitesurfing, you must visit local Kite beach which is 15 minutes away by car.
There are few excursions worth of going to the beautiful bays for swimming and Sedir island with Kleopatra beach. Cooling in Azmak river just the way locals do is a must!

Akyaka has the most friendly people and welcoming charm...
Akyaka has the most friendly people and welcoming charm about it. The staff in all the restaurants are wonderful and very attentive. Great food and plenty of bars with live music in the evenings. Still away from the normal touristy and very popular with the Turkish people themselves as a holiday resort. Quite small but perfect for a totally chilled week in the sun with plenty going on should you wish for it. Wonderful, cannot recommend enough. If you want pumping nightclubs its not for you but the bars are open till late and the atmosphere and friendliness is second to none.
Extremely helpful staff, especially Belma on the front desk, she was so helpful answering all my questions! They upgraded me to a family room with a lovely view as there were so few guests being out of season. Huge and delicious breakfast. Gorgeous pool areas, lovely little stream with fish, ducks and terrapins :-). Rooms overlooking this stream, the pool or out towards the beach have the best views from their balconies. There are some balconies that only overlook the car park or another building.
It is a brand new hotel. Everything was wonderful from the start to the end.
The breakfast was so rich, loved it, the hotel crew was extremely helpful.
Our room had a outstanding mountain view.
It is in a very quiet area and it is close to everything.

I will definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
The owner of the hotel is very nice, helpful and always smiling.
He gave us a good room with a good view.
The hotel owner allowed us to use the washing machine in the hotel.
We only wanted to stay for one night, but every day we decided to stay longer (:
He gave us a good room with a good view.
Here you feel yourself at home.
Absolutely lovely staff, we're so grateful to all of you, guys <3
Thank you for everything, for your help in any question, for your kindness and for your smiles every morning =*
Hotel itself is really nice and cozy, close to everything and calm&quiet. Good breakfasts, very convenient bed, very good cleaning and everything!
Lovely hotel bringing in traditions into modern reality. I personally liked the location, it’s a bit up the hill, but still very close to Akyaka heartbeat, yet away from all the crowds and noise.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast is great as well.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.
This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It’s close to the downtown area, the beach, and the river but away from the noise. The hosts are amazing. The breakfast was the best we’ve had during our two weeks in Turkey. Definitely do the river boat ride in town on a sunny day.
I absolutely adored the Totelya Hotel in Akyaka! The embedded natural beauty, Mr. Bahadir's exceptional hospitality, and the delightful breakfast he personally serves, made it a memorable stay. Plus, easy access to both town and kitesurfing spots - it's a perfect 10 all around!
Well equipped kitchenette. Balcony. Bathroom. A bit up the hill but still walking distance to the center. The good side is it is quieter at night. Certainly recommend getting a boat trip in the Gökova bay area. They set sail from Akyaka docks.
Spacious and stylish apartment with a lovely balcony, we loved it a lot! There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the hotel is located in the peaceful area close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended!
lovely small hotel with nice staff and a good breakfast.
parking was easy even at this busy time
comfortable room and a pretty building with a nice pool
close to the Orman emd of the beach which is nice with tree shade
Rooms were big and nice bathroom. Comfy beds. The are around the sea was really nice with comfy free beds. Sea bar prices were nice. Breakfast was the best we had in our Turkey Trip.
Perfect location, friendly staff and exceptional breakfast are the key highlights of the Totelya. We spend a couple of days at Totelya to try out kite surfing at akyaka kite beach.
Wonderful hotel, amazing location, Food and service are very good, the room is a good size and with a balcony with a view towards the garden. Highly recommended!
