It is a great place to stay between Troy and Pergamon directly at the seafront and just 4 min to the main road. The staff was very kind. The rooms are very comfy. The best is the breakfast which is served on the restaurant terrace just 10m from the water. The restaurant is also very good.

A very pleasant and well appointed room and a comfortable bed, with a modern bathroom. Very easy to relax here after a long drive, which we did. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is also a friendly restaurant next door with excellent local dishes as a dining option. Breakfast was a very decent buffet of Turkish staples to start the day well. You will need your translation app at this location.

Five stars for location, Set Arat Motel is unbelievably close to the beach (and affordable of course). The room was pretty simple but contained all the essential stuff. I went with my friend in summer and the air conditioner was all we needed to be honest. It was a comfortable stay and the staff was pretty kind. We had a problem in checking in and they assisted us with their best effort. Thank you so much.

clean bed sheets and towels, since I noticed, it started to be a practice not to change the bed linen in Turkey, this was good! At the end the first point for a hotel/hostel is to provide with clean sheets. the breakfast included in the price was delicious, and the staff is kind and welcoming. the drainage in the bathroom was good. in total, good value for off-season.
