The heated pool was so warm, we didn't even need to use the hot tubs! We also liked being able to swim from inside to outside to enjoy the sunshine. The fitness center had decent treadmills and good assortment of weight machines. Property was kept up excellent compared to a lot of other places we've seen in Tunis area. They were re-grouting one of the outdoor pools, and making a new cabana down by the beach. Seems that they are trying to maintain the hotel to best serve their guests. They had a lot of staff working, all were very friendly/helpful that we encountered.

everything is perfect and in place ,furthermore the hospitality of the owner were very generous,the beach is closed to property no need for taxis ,also do many good restaurants around Italian ,American,Tunisian and Chinese

La marsa beach was right outside our guest house. We could walk to the main part of the beach and the shops and restaurants. We were out of season, visiting during Ramadan so it was relatively quiet. Some restaurants were not open at all, some only during the day, others only at night. We managed to find somewhere to eat every day.
I can recommend the Cliff restaurant, Pasta mi Basta (very accommodating with our friend who had various intolerances), Kenko food bar and Blu Blu (Sidi Bou). There was a supermarket which catered for our needs.
We also visited the capital Tunis and Sidi Bou Said which had lovely shops and stunning views.

Very clean and beautiful house. Esma and son were accommodating hosts. We were expecting a hotel rather than a B&B. Bed had partial walls on both sides with shelves so easy to bump head or body. Breakfast was the same both days—Tasty and fresh but nothing memorable. Several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Bakery as well. Value for money seems a little expensive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Souad! It is a family-run guesthouse with a lovely garden, a dog and a cat, located in the middle-class neighbourhood of La Marsa, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Our room on the top floor was very spacious, comfy and nicely decorated, with an impressive traditional dome/cupola on the ceiling, an amazing view and hammam-like shower. Breakfast was also quite tasty and generous.
This place is a piece of heaven in the middle of La Marsa, beautiful, comfortable and tranquil. The patio is an amazing place to spend some time and rest, and the rooms are very nice with private bathrooms. The best part of Dar Souad is the staff, the two sisters in charge of it are very helpful and have good advises to move around the area. The rest of the staff is also fantastic, very good cookers also! I would come back for sure!
Dar el Kif is incredible! They have thought of all the details to make guests feel welcome, have a perfect stay and explore a beautiful area. The love for the culture and art is evident in the guesthouse and the rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing after a long delay day exploring and visiting Sidi Bou Said. It was a perfect stay and I would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful and exceptional stay in La Marsa.
This is a very cute appartment, nice traditionell furniture and everything you need. It has a small balcony and a shared rooftop terrace with great views. The best thing is the proximity to the beach and la Marsa's restaurants. The host was amazing, he was flexible with the check-in. I actually forgot a few of my valuables in the accomodation and he was available immediately to help me retrieve them.

The location is fantastic, in La Marsa, next to the train stop, at a walking distance from the sea and Sidi Bou Saïd; very easy also to get to Carthage on the train.
The staff was very friendly; I enjoyed chatting with them. The room is good size and pretty clean. The A/C & heat works. Breakfast is good. The view is nice. Nice outdoors spaces if you go in warm months.
I have been in tunis for over a week now and this experience was the best so far. Everything from the owner to the staff to the hotel and view was exceptional!!!! The owner is a sweetheart and is very very helpful and welcoming, I would definitely recommend you stay here if you're interested in really good service. Not to mention the BREAKFAST!!!!!!
The place is calm and properly equipped. For people who like walking they can have twenty to thirty minutes walk to reach La Marsa shore, which is one of the best places to enjoy in Tunis.
The closest quality restaurant is the kitchen. Just 15 minutes walk. For two to three people I would highly recommend it as they will share the cost.
This is amazing cosy place I have enjoyed staying during my visit to La Marsa. Mohamed was great host 👌. He gave me nice tips of places to explore around La Marsa. The location is close to all cafes and restaurants and shops.

the house is a example of typical La Marsa houses.. strategic location in the center of la marsa. .. very close to TGM metro station… the beach is just behind it … quiet , clean , nice garden to hang out and enjoy the sun …

Very nice hotel next to the beach.. the owner has a great sense of hospitality and thinks about every small detail. Unfortunately I could only stay one night but I would like to stay longer next time!
