Stayed 2 nights, checked in quite late and someone was already there when we arrived. Smooth check in and out. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Location is great, short stroll to Naiyang beach, lots of beachfront restaurants & 7-11 less than a 5min walk away. Roof top swimming pool was amazing. Would definitely book here again, thank you again Kokotel and their amazing staff.

The beach was covered in plastic rubbish blown in by severe on shore winds during the 2 June days we were there!! It was constant rain as well…I would not recommend this place at this time of year!!! I have been here at other times of the year and it’s been great!

Unfortunately due to weather and wind the beach was covered in rubbish. The lovely locals tried so hard to clean up but each time the tide came in more rubbish appeared. Was beginning to improve as we left.
Great location to to just relax before or after a long haul flight.

On the plus side, the beach wasn't crowded and didn't have anyone hassling you to buy food etc. There were lots of good restaurants on the beach, and the village had a few shops and a 24-hour convenience store.
Unfortunately, the beach wasn't particularly clean, and it seamed that nobody actually cleaned it anyway. Also, there were a few too many stray dogs in the mornings.
Nevertheless, I love the place as it's very natural and relaxing, and you can easily walk from the airport with hand luggage if you're only staying a few days.

The beach was great.
The beach was great. Most of our time in Thailand we stayed at Pattong beach. We stayed there for 2 nights to be close to the airport. The beach was betthe than the Pattong one. More options for restaurants on the beach, more quiet and better vibe.

It is obvious that the hotel is used for long transfers at Phuket airport.
but for such a low price, the hotel is clean, the customer service is excellent and should be taught to some of the top hotels.
we had an early flight and asked for help in ordering a taxi at 6 am, which they helped us with
and what a surprise we were that the answer to the question of the cost of the transfer - it’s free of charge.
It was just help!
We are still impressed by the owner's attitude to clients.

We stayed at the hotel for our last night in Phuket since it is very closed to the airport. If I would have known, I would have chosen this hotel for the whole days in Phuket!
At check in, we were welcomed with a drink.
Our room was a deluxe one and it was very spacious, with pool view.

We loved this hotel! We stayed for 2 night only, very nearby airport, but wow, it was the most amazing start of our Phuket adventure! Highly recommended. They even put up extra beds so we could stay in 1 room with 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was very delicious, on top of all the food they even had cuppa'soups and hot chocolatemilks. You must also try the street food around the beach, its all amazing.
We had a late flight into Phuket so location was perfect for a one night near both airports. We were tired after a very long day travelling so the Hotel picking us up from the airport was great . The room was huge and we had a great view watching planes land and take - off.
Booked this hotel for the last night in Phuket because it is very close to the airport, also very close by walking to the
airplane viewpoint (40min +-, recommended)
