I have lived in Thailand for almost 20 years and spent my first 2 years living in Cha-am. I still miss it as it's so unashamedly Thai. Wonderful, friendly locals, cheap prices for everything, easy to get around and I always look forward to going back.

I like Cha am a lot.
I like Cha am a lot. Lovely old style beach town and not ultra modernised and commercialised like Hua Hin. We went to the Cha-am market for breakfast and bought fresh seafood (they'd steam/grill the seafood for a very small charge). We took a car on our trip and explored lots of attractions nearby.

Cha Am is the first nice beach town you can get to South of Bangkok. The beach and town are quite nice, while of course nowhere near the islands or Andaman coast in terms of beauty. I like it for the friendly vibe, great restaurants affordable price level and relaxing beach while on the way through to more scenic locations. You can reach Cha Am in a day when driving from the North, e.g. 10 hours from Chiang Mai. That makes it a very good stop to spend a day or two.
Tucked away location, clean air, spotless room, excellent service, very friendly and courteous staff. Family-friendly, but lovely for couples. The restaurant food was abundant and delicious. Note: we only ate Thai food. It sits right on the beach. When we arrived, we were offered a much larger room with a full balcony at a small increase in price.

For Me Cha Am is, South Cha am beach and north Cha Am beach. North Cha Am Beach is better for Me, a lot of Thai people and less foreigners, a good mix. Water is not Clear as in Phuket area as Rawai, Kata, Karon. very big difference. but I do like Cha Am. The town area other side road Nr. 4. I do not know, as I]m not interested in towns. I do like Cha Am much more then Hua Hin.

Plenty places to visit Palace and parks shopping is great
We went to Hua Hin as well for browsing through town ,night market beach market during a day .
We got taxi easy enough we called local taxi services and got taxi quicker in rush hour ,there is always someone who speak english we were impressed. It is our first trip to Cham Am or Thailand cannot praise it enough hospitality level is to learn from for others tourist destination
Very nice swimming pool for children. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is not the biggest one, but is sufficient. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. Wifi is good. Bathroom ok, don't need anything more. Water pressure good. Classic fridge, not that stupid cooling box. Electric kettle. Hair dryer. Nice wardrobe, lot of shelves and drawers.
This hotel is accessible by car, it is in the middle of nothing. If you want to visit some other places, car is probably a must. I.e. Cha Am beach with restaurants is about 10 km far.
The apartments were located in a beautiful setting, with terrace & views to a very long, meandering & well-presented swimming pool. The location is quiet, midway between Hua Hin and Cha Am & made for a relaxing break.
The apartments are very spacious (we booked 2x 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments). They are well-appointed, secure, and with good parking & wi-fi. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk away, there's also a Sheraton 5 minutes walk with dining & leisure facilities available for purchase.
From check in to check out it was a chilled out relaxed 8 days. This was a change of hotel from my usual and I will be back again with my family. Breakfast was good. The pools were great for the kids and adults. Lovely grounds and literally a stones throw from the beach. The rooms are big with balconies attracting the sun all day (bit too warm during the day as they shelter any wind). Beds are big and comfortable and the bathroom has a nice bath. All toiletries are provided too.
The staffs are super nice. We nearly miss the bus to the airport and the staff help us to call the bus station and assist us with the taxi and send us to the next pick up stop. The facilities is super nice especially the swimming pool. If you want to stay the whole day in the hotel, this is the best choice! Highly recommend!
I went back again to stay at this hotel in 2-3 weeks. I was there with small children this time. Everything was still very nice. We booked a king bed room with sea view, but we got a room upgrade to have a pool villa. It was really impressive. The breakfast was still delicious and more choices of food.
The room and pool facilities were fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance to a small beach with lots of cafes / restaurants. We were there during the week for 3 days and felt as though we had the pool to ourselves. The hotel is very peaceful and the staff have been exceptional.
Large room with plenty of space
Staffs are very nice, good service mind and very helpful
Breakfast is excellent! Plenty of choices to choose
Lots of activities to do in the hotel
The location is between Hua Hin and Cha am, and near the beach. There is a nice coffee shop next to the prperty and by the beach. Easy to park and big swimming pools.
The hotel is literally 10 seconds far from the beach. A lot of places to eat around. The lobby is so cozy, the room was clean and had a massive balcony.
The room is really big and private. The hotel located near the beach with good view. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and have well manner.
