Rawai beach is disgusting.
Rawai beach is disgusting. I've been to five beaches in Thailand so far, four were great, this one is God awful. The sand is basically gravel, there is drainage and sewage works all along the beach, meaning the water is disgusting. You can literally see pipes all along the sand and waste running into the sea. No where to sun bathe, all round terrible. Will never go back.
The fish markets nearby were good, so if you're going there for food, great. Otherwise, avoid.

We took a taxi ($24 round trip) to Rawai Beach and it was lovely. Unfortunately, this hotel is NOT on Rawai Beach. Again, the description of this listing is extremely misleading. I would have loved to stay at Rawai Beach! We didn’t end up going much of anywhere since getting anywhere required transportation

It is a nice property with nice and friendly staff, it is a cheap option near Rawai beach, good enough but don’t expect anything fancy like amenities such as toothbrushes or paste, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc, they don’t have it so you need to bring your own if you need it. Everything was pretty clean but not perfect, i would say “standard cleaning” , something we really loved about them is that everyday they give you a couple of bottles of water for free and the watermelon juice and the coffee was really nice. The room had a decent size and the bed was big and comfortable, air conditioning was working perfect, i would 100% come back.

I loved this place and I will be returning. It had the sweet mixture of enough facilities, restaurants and bars, without the tourist trap depression of places like Patong. The food was amazing, particularly recommend buying from the fisherman market and having your catch cooked by restaurants across the alleyway. Sunrises were stunning, lots of little waterfront bars and restaurants. Just a really lovely vibe.

Some people in reviews complain about the location, however hotel itself organizes complimentary shuttles to the couple beaches, also have some guided tours, and promptly organized taxi rides whenewer we needed.
Quite good. Has necessary facilities such as refrigerator, WiFi, strong air-conditioning, good sized open bay bathroom with strong water pressure, outside patio, and free communal kitchen. Close to jetty on eastern end of Rawai beach. Rawai is much smaller and quieter than Patong - an embayment for tailboats and a charming fishing community with great fresh seafood. Economical accommodation option and in terms of an amenities/price ratio represents good value.
The view -
The view of the hotel is very good nice palm trees and blue water. The lights at night also bring up how natural it is.
location is far from everything else in Phuket however it’s close by the necessity shop (7/11) and also good if you want to dine at local restaurants by the sea for the nice scenery.
Although the menu items at the hotel are limited the food is good.
The manager will always say hello and ask me about my day.
Very nice hotel, well kept, clean, when we were there not a lot of people so laying around pool was nice. Gave us umbrellas, beach tote and towels, nice touches like that. Beautifully decorated. While it isn't close to a lot of the nightlife where everyone else is, there are quite a few good,safe options within walking distance, right next to 7-11. When we'd venture out to other more popular areas, we were unimpressed and preferred local places.
It's a cosy little accommodation surrounded by trees and two pools. It feels private and serene. The location is beyond optimal. There's a currency exchange booth that has offered the best rate in the whole of Phuket for INR. Had a quick look at the $ & £ and they seemed pretty decent too. There's a 7/11 around the corner and probably a handful of nice restaurants and massage parlours as well. A seafood street market is 5 minutes walk away.
Excellent value for money. Owner does it all to sort all our requirements and questions. They offered us a lift to rent a scooter, arranged a taxi to the airport, fixed at speed of light small thing in the room only a min after we asked!
We selected the place for KiteZone Phuket place where we had fantastic experience (4 days) of kitesurfing and this place is literally 5 mins away by scooter and still in a very quite zone of busy Phuket :-)
I was looking for something calm and relaxing and Ya Nui Resort was exactly that! Perfectly located on the southern tip of Phuket - near beautiful Nai Harn Beach and with plenty of restaurants nearby in Rawai. Of course, the restaurant onsite was also an excellent choice if you'd like to stay-in or have to get work done on the laptop. Thank you to Gabriel, Mon, and all the staff for making me feel truly welcomed!
The location was amazing. Very closed to shops and restaurants and bars. A few minutes scooter ride to the beaches. The room we had was Villa with pool access, very quiet room, good AC, the location is also peaceful away from all the loud noises yet very close distance to walk to restaurants and shops. Many scoot shops nearby, we just rented one that is just next to the hotel.
Great location just minutes from Rawai Beach. Apartment was spacious and clean. Private balcony had view to the pool which we especially enjoyed. Host (Gio) was helpful and friendly. All in all, we were super happy with our choice and we shall come again to this part of Phuket.
I love this hotel. It has the most comfortable beds in Phuket. The staff are always polite and friendly and helpful. There are many shops and bars nearby. It's modern and quiet. When I'm staying in the Sai Yuan and Rawai area this is my favorite hotel
We stayed for 7 nights and it was our first glamping experience. Really wonderful and comfortable. Glad we took the tent with aircond as Phuket was really hot. The complimentary yoga class was really enjoyable. The food at Roost Cafe was nice too.

The villa is clean, big & good for families and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The swimming pool is well maintained. Walking distance to 7 eleven, massage shops and even to Rawai Seafood Market. Location is quiet to the south of Phuket
The privacy and security. Strong recommended for families who has kids, it has water park which they can spend full day playing and eating 😀 the food quality and value is much better in Rawai than other area in Phuket ( my view ).
We loved everything, since the excellent decor to the super friendly staff. We advise to everyone who look for a moment of relaxation in Phuket. Amazing pool with a view. Very nice food.
